Mejor hotel cercano al aeropuerto, muy recomendable.
Pros:

Es un hotel cercano al aeropuerto que es muy recomendable,las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal es atento, nos ayudaron para poder ingresar temprano ya que nuestro vuelo llegó mucho antes de la hora del check in. El desayuno es espectacular ya que es buffet con una variedad impresionante. Ya lo hemos utilizado en otros viajes y sin dudas siempre volveremos.

Pros:

-Ubicacación: perfecta si uno quiere pasar 1 o 2 días para esperar al siguiente vuelo. Se ahorra dinero ya que tiene transfer gratis desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Cerca el barrio de Barajas por si se quiere comer algo distinto.
-Personal: impecable, muy amables.
-Instalaciones: acorde al precio, cama King size, heladera, insonoridad, TV Smart, no falta nada.Pileta con bar.
-Desayuno: lugar amplio, tranquilo, completo y para todos los gustos.

Buen hotel, deficiente servicio al cliente
Pros:

Desayuno rico, variado.

Cons:

El servicio en recepción es casi nulo, se comprometen a brindar información y no lo hacen. Cero capacidad de gestión. El trato y amabilidad del chofer de la minivan de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, la atención del personal en el desayuno (casi nula atención).

Excellent hôtel lorsqu'on a un vol tôt le matin depuis Madrid
Pros:

C'est un hôtel très confortable près de l'aéroport. Le bus shuttle est gratuit et très pratique (il faut le réserver pour le départ de l'hôtel le matin), le personnel est aimable, et le restaurant a un menu alléchant.

Cons:

Sur la table de la chambre, il y avait un plateau avec des bonbons, des sucreries et des chips qui font certainement très envie aux enfants. C'est quoi cette offre de malbouffe? Je trouve cela inacceptable: nous savons que nous mangeons trop de sucre, de sel et de graisse, et en plus, on nous met des bonbons sous le nez dans un hôtel de passage. Et si on nous proposait plutôt quelques pommes?!
