Nice hotel. Great staff! Comfy bed. Yummy breakfast.
Pros:

Really nice hotel overall. Super friendly and helpful staff! Yummy breakfast! Super friendly servers and bar staff. I had a Junior Suite which was nicely appointed and a very comfy bed. The room needs a bit of maintenance, minor things, but noticeable and if improved would have made the difference in my Booking.com score.

Cons:

I had major issues with the wifi which was super frustrating because I needed to download a PDF of my updated pitch deck before a mission critical presentation and pitch. Although the front desk personnel tried their best to help me, I still couldn't connect and nearly missed being able to use the new pitch deck. Fortunately, I was able to forward the PDF directly to the independent Tech support working with the Global Capital Network event. (Thanks Keith!)

Overall, a satisfactory location.
Pros:

The $55.00 charge for valet parking is excessive, especially as a Veteran with a Handicap Placard. In my experience most hotels where valet parking is availabe give some consideration for guests who require valet parking due to handicap issues.

I like how the staff were very professional to comfort my stay.

Cons:

The 9th floor of the building didn't felt like it had AC on ...every time we would leave or come back to our room,it felt too warm. Also when we stayed at room 909 the AC was not working appropriately. Until I had to bring to front desk attention.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

More a in housecleaning was the best! Showed us rooms and indicated where it would be quiet. Lovely clean room, beautiful bathroom. Hotel lobby was very nice as was the pool and library room
