Location & the facility
The bathroom was dated and not clean
room
breakfast
Ac didn’t work and never got fixed
Very clean and in a quite area. Lots of area outside for rest and relaxation.
The hot tub was not a hot tub. It was luke warm the whole time we were there. Many others were complaining and did tell staff but nothing was done about it.
The Current bar had a nice selection of bourbons.
Valet staff were prompt and helpful.
The bed was the Worst I have ever slept on. It was So soft, I have had painful back ache each day that lasted for hours. We considered leaving the hotel after just one night, but that was not possible.
In addition, the room had little seating, very sparse and also uncomfortable. The coffee maker did not work. We were left with only Decaf coffee one day. No housekeeping service was provided until we requested it. One bed side lamp did not work. The bathroom sink was very slow draining. Poor value for high fees.
It was my daughter's birthday weekend. The waitress went above and beyond when I asked if they could bring out a lava cake with a candle. The kitchen went above my expectations, and the cake presentation was beautiful.
No complaints
Property was fine
Staff was extremely unhelpful. - the booking reservation clearly said “breakfast is $22.95 per person”
Then , upon arrival the renaissance breakfast price was listed at 35$. I spoke to the “supervisor” and honestly she just said “sorry can’t do that”. Refused to even try to make it right. Not sure what her name was. Honestly, I’m never disappointed or complain about hotel. But she was truly unhelpful and disappointing. Manager on duty at 8:40 am not sure what her name was… probably gonna stick to Hilton from now on.
Truly enjoyed our stay! Relaxing and staff are so kind and friendly!
This is not the hotel’s fault :) but you do hear the plane take off since it is closeby to the airport. Not a bad thing but just in case it matters for some
