It needs some renovation, lots of parts in the bedroom with paint peeling or wood chipped, same on the common areas.

Clean room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bathrooms by the downstairs pool area were disgusting. General state of both pool areas and shared spaces were poor and in need of a good clean.
Nearby construction work as well as onsite work was very loud and relentless.

Pros:

Airport. Used free coach to return to Singapore airport for our departure to Melbourne. Lunch purchased at the hotel was very good.

Unfortunately the memory I would take away does not truly reflect the stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable and for the most part staff generally very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately one staff member managed to ruin the overall experience. Up until that point we had experienced exceptional service from other staff members. Wrong profession choice I would suggest.
