Nice hotel, good value but not close to the airport

Очень здорово,что есть шатл от аэропорта до отеля и обратно. Мы ехали от четвертого терминала и с трудом нашли наш транспорт. Приехал он не совсем туда,откуда было указано на схеме от отеля. Ехали долго,поскольку заезжали в каждый терминал,наш оказался первым:) Заселение было долгим. Оказалось,что оплата только картой. Мы специально бронировали в этом отеле номер,поскольку думали,что можно на месте оплатить. Нам разрешили оплатить наличкой без сдачи и запечатали деньги в конверт. Мы приехали с семьёй - четыре человека. Номера были на разных этажах,так как моим детям нужны были две отдельные кровати. Номера просторные,что нетипично для Сингапура. Комфортабельные,все в них есть. Удобные кровати. У нас с мужем было тихо- номер на 5 этаже. У детей было шумно,спали они плохо - номер на третьем этаже. На 8 этаже красивый бассейн. Вечером мы там плавали,красивый вид. На следующий день мы уезжали. На бесплатный трансфер мы не попали,поскольку надо было записываться заранее. Мы этого не знали. Граб не хотел приезжать и не мог найти машину. Нам помогли на стойке регистрации и вызвали местное такси со счётчиком. Дорога вышла 20 долларов. Нам понравился отель,но зависит куда вас заселят,какие рядом соседи будут. Впечатления остались разные.

Amazing hospitality, reception and assistance by staff. Ideal location out of the city but near the sea and local markets.

Cons:

Nothing, not a brand new hotel so had some signs of age. However excellent staff and meals made up for that.

Pros:

ci siamo fermati una sola notte prima di un volo per tornare in Europa. l'hotel è ottimo, pulito, molto carino. attorno ci sono diversi locali dove cenare. in 15-20 min con Grab (Uber locale) siamo arrivati in aeroporto. super consigliato.
