The hotel was fine, staff were friendly. I was basically there for one night. They have a nice roof restaurant
I personally thought it was close to the airport, they are close to the runway but its still a 30+ minute drive to the airport. I thought it was better to just stay in the city, because there are no activities around the area except the Hawkers market which is full of unfriendly locals.

The location was nice for latover. Can go for a walk. Hawker food court and restaurants nearby. Chance to swim
The elevators nned updating in the strutre floor etc were places tile came up. Slightly rundown in hallways. Rooms were good but bathroom bathtub and sink seemed very old
Just stayed 1 night inbetween flights. Comfortable rooms for the price. Hawker centres and restaurants right across the road for quick cheap meals if needed. Airport shuttle in the morning needs to be booked in advance.
Airport shuttle times aren't that frequent - convenient option but I wouldn't rely on it.
The room was great, excellent breakfast. We had a club room and the lounge was good to go to, and we were well looked after by Ben.
We enquired about a late check out to 10.30pm before arriving and we were advised we needed to book an additional night. We did this so had a booking for 2 nights. We arrived early in the morning and were able to use the pool area for showering. As we were leaving the next night we would not be around for breakfast on the 2nd night of the booking. I asked if we could have that breakfast on the arrival day instead. I wasn't asking for anything in addition to what we had paid for, just switching the days. The duty manager refused the request so we had to pay for breakfast. This was very disappointing and not good customer service. We had paid for something that we would be unable to use and were refused the swap.
