Not planning to stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were lind

Cons:

The bathroom was terrible..there was a horrible noise in the bathroom after you flushed the toilet , the toilet smelled I like a sewer was backing up every time you flushed,the bathtub was rusted.The breakfast was so unappetizing we didn’t eat anything .

Pros:

Everything was so beautiful. It was very clean. The property was so beautiful. The Staff in the front were so amazing and welcoming!

Cons:

We did not get room service at all during our stay which was a little disappointing as we would constantly have to ask for towels. They wouldn’t even take out our trash. I would say that was the only disappointing part.

Overall, comfortable.
Pros:

The coffeee was very good. The desk clerk was very accomodating, friendly, and helpful. The TV in our room was not operating, so she came to the room and fixed the problem.

Cons:

The breakfast was very slow due to having only one waffle iron. The line was endless and the seating was crowded due to the waffle line. Also, the exhaust fan in our bathroom was very loud.

Clean and comfortable and cost effective.
Pros:

Everything was so clean. Especially around the breakfast area. I didn’t use the indoor pool, but it was nice and clean. The staff was great!

Cons:

Check Out time is to early. 11:00? I requested a later check out time. I was told the morning person would have to make that decision, but it shouldn’t be a problem? I was extended a hour and I was thankful because of the situation I was in?

EXSPENSIVE!
Pros:

The hotel room was huge! The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal.
It was graduation weekend, so the room was $400 plus. On a non-busy time, it is $80 plus! SO this makes me a little sick to my stomach, PRICE GOUGING!

To Pricey!
Pros:

The hotel was great! The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! We were here for graduation weekend. The price was extremely high. $400/plus for 1 night.

Pros:

The beds were super comfortable, and the location was great. Very close to restaurants and the Legends Event Center.

Cons:

Parking is very limited, so if you are there during a busy weekend, just be prepared.

Great location
Pros:

Plenty of good pillows, clean comfortable sheets, lots of towels. Strong AC. Fantastic location in College Station.

Cons:

Bathroom is not well maintained. Bath fan sounds like it’s going to fall out of ceiling. Bad coffee. Expensive.

NOT HAPPY WITH BEST WESTERN
Pros:

I traveled to College Station on business and decided to stay here because the Hilton was booked. I didn't have a great experience, Staff not friendly, Breakfast choices not enough or not too many choices. My AC unit didn't blow cold even on 60. I will not stay at this location again. If I have to stay at Best Western somewhere I may try it again. I travel to small towns on business time to time, and Best Westerns are there.

Easy experience at a great location
Pros:

Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The staff was attentive and friendly, and both the rooms and common areas were very clean. Parking was easy and accessible. Walk to the TAMU/Kyle Field, Northgate, etc., doable from this location. Overall a great stay.
