Tekrardan gelirim diyeceğim bir otel.
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyidi, Central Park’ın ayaklarınızın altında olması çok etkileyici. Personelde çok yardımcı oldu müsaitlik olduğundan dolayı odamızı park manzaralı bir odaya upgrade ettiler.

Cons:

5 yıldızlı bir otel odasında en azından kahve makinesi olmasını beklerdim.

Maravilhoso
Pros:

O hotel tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego.
A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo, há poucos minutos da Times Square e um trajeto muito agradável de ir caminhando.
Hotel excelente, limpo e organizado.
Li algumas queixas sobre demora nos elevadores mas na nossa estadia não tivemos nenhuma reclamação.

Hotel excelente com localizaçao perfeita em NY
Pros:

A localização é perfeita, bem em frente ao Central Park, a poucos metros da estação de metrô e dá pra fazer muito passeio a pé. O hotel é muito confortavel, quartos amplos e a vista sensacional. Funcionários muito simpaticos e prestativos. Adorei que no terreo tinha um café que a noite nao funcionava entao as mesas ficavam a disposição dos hospedes, dava pra se reunir com amigos para a aquela resenha depois dos passeios, pedir algo pra comer com a familia, muito bom.

La ubicación buenísima. Las habitaciones amplias, grandes y bonita decoración. La limpieza bien. Las vistas maravillosas. El personal de cafetería muy muy agradable. Volvería sin duda.

Cons:

Pues no nos gustó el desayuno que era muy caro y la opción chula y de Buffet es en la terraza de arriba. Apenas sitios y muchísimo frio. No tiene sentido ofertar ese sitio a esos precios, para desayunar helados, con abrigo, y sin poder estar en la terraza con vistas porque era demasiado el frio, así que nos tuvimos que poner los 5 de familia en una mesa enana sin apenas movimiento, EL Buffet también escaso. Los días siguientes nos bajamos al restaurante del hotel, caro y sin opción de buffet pero al menos calentitos. También deberían ofertar desayunos más temprano.
También me sorprendió que no había ni gorro de ducha en la habitación. Si, gel, champú y acondicionar en la ducha fijos, pero ningún detalle más...que por el precio..... la calefacción que era por aire sonaba un poco, que para dormir es un poco molesto.

AMAZING, BREATHTAKING VIEW (front room on the 18th floor), perfect location!

Cons:

1) There was a fire alarm in the middle of the Night and there was absolutely no info from the stuff.
2) 75$ per person for breakfast is an extremely expensive price for a family of 4 which already stay at your hotel!!!

Pros:

A vista dos andares de cima são exuberantes para o parque. O atendimento foi sempre muito bom. Quarto limpo e organizado. Tem como pedir comida a qualquer hora.

Cons:

Café da manhã era de boa qualidade, mas quando tinha muita gente, pessoal não dava conta de repor. e as vezes não tinha mesa pra todo mundo, o que é muito ruim.
