Poloha. Výhled.

Cons:

Hlučná klimatizace. Větrání v koupelně nešlo vypnout a jelo celý den i noc. I přes zavřené dveře bylo slyšet, bylo to otravné. Také hluk z ulice byl až ve 44 patře slyšet. 🙄

Hotel möchte sich nicht an Buchungsvereinbarungen halten - inkludierte Leistungen wie Frühstück wierden sogar bei Vorlage Buchungsbestätigung/Nachweis über booking.com nicht akzeptiert; Personal an Rezeption ist arrogant, herablassend und genervt da akademischer Titel bei Nachname mit aufgeführt war; verweigerte late checkout auch gegen Gebühr: ist auch nicht willig early checkin anzubieten; Frühstückspreis 75 USD pro Person pro Tag, auch Kinder ist eine Frechheit, besonders bei extrem wenig Angebot oder Variation; selbst günstigere Hotels wie TheCloud One haben besseren Service und Kundenservice/Freundlichkeit; booking.com sollte dieses Hotel aus Portal sperren, wenn Vereinigungen vor Ort nicht gelten; Hotel in die Jahre gekommen; Klimaanlage/Heizung im Betrieb laut, Fenster undicht; Matrazen weich; keine Kaffee-/Teezubereitung auf Zimmer, Wasserkocher auf mehrfache Nachfrage; Zimmer hatte abgeschlossene Verbindungstür, davon war auch in keiner Beschreibung die Rede

Stupenda la vista parco dalla stanza, tra l'altro quando siamo arrivati ci avevano assegnato una stanza al quinto piano ,che è praticamente il più basso della struttura, da cui si vedeva il parco ma in minima parte senza la vista in lontananza ma sapendo che ci fermavamo una settimana hanno cercato in tutti i modi di darci una stanza con una vista migliore e alla fine dalla 2° notte hanno trovato una stanza al 23° piano con le stesse caratteristiche della nostra e con una vista magnifica! Di questo dobbiamo ringraziare Antonhy che ci ha assistito alla reception gestendo tra l'altro tutto in italiano essendo madrelingua italiano, altro punto a favore dell'albergo!! Praticamente ha organizzato tutto in modo tale che il secondo giorno siamo rientrati in albergo la sera dopo una giornata di turismo e senza muovere nulla ci siamo trovati assegnata la nuova stanza con i nostri bagagli traslocati dal personale. Soggiorno magnifico, stanza molto confortevole con vista stupenda, albergo pulitissimo e personale gentilissimo. Nonostante il periodo di Pasqua con il tutto completo l'albergo si è dimostrato all'altezza delle aspettative. Chiaro il prezzo non è basso ma a New York tutto è carissimo e non tutto è di qualità, quindi non è scontato pagare tanto ed ottenere un ottimo servizio, cosa che invece in questo caso è successa!

Great location for exploring New York
Pros:

Fantastic location. Extremely comfortable beds. Doormen were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of great recommendations.

Cons:

Limited storage in the room. No wardrobes. Two water bottles provided on arrival, and then you’re expected to fill them yourself thereafter. Rooftop breakfast was disorganized. Confusion around seating. No clear queuing system.
