SCAM HOTEL

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel.
I was there on military business and checked out a day early. I checked out well before check out time around 8:30am, and the hotel refused to refund me for my last night there. While I was never provided any policy explaining early check out fees at the time of the booking, the hotel claims this policy is on their website, and it is not. They charged me an entire night's stay for leaving 1 day early. I've never heard of this before. Staff were completely cold and unapologetic that they scammed a military member for an entire night's stay. I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get this resolved. Absolutely do not support this hotel and their unethical business practices. It is quite literally a scam.

Chic and cool spot to be!
Pros:

Hotel exceeded our expectation's; room was serene and airy, with a spacious and open space layout plus excellent city and bay views. Lobby is chic and inviting. Bar area was a cool spot that called my name… “come hang out and mingle!” Plus, St. Patrick’s Church was RIGHT next door. We’ve stayed at Hyatt’s before and we will continue to do so; it’s our home away from home.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice gym to work out in, water refilling stations throughout the hotel. It is within walking distance of Oracle Park which was the reason we went to SF. Parking was included with our AAA membership special. We were also able to save money by shopping at Trader Joe’s around the corner and kept food in our refrigerator in the room.

Suites are noisy
Pros:

Returned here after enjoying a corner king room. I enjoyed it so much the first time, I upgraded to a suite. Huge mistake. The suite’s windows are SINGLE PANED on the side that faces 3rd street. This was different than the DOUBLE PANED windows on the corner king rooms. Upon request I was unable to be moved to a higher floor. Staff was friendly and professional. Shame Hyatt won’t update the windows on the premium rooms. I will not be staying here again.
