It was a very convenient stay with most attractions very close. The staff were very helpful too and promptly assisted me when I got locked out.
We stayed in July 2026 for a few days while visiting family. Our check in process, valet, food services, and housekeeping experiences were all wonderful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We were happy with our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.
Great location. Easy to walk to the ballpark.
We stayed at Hyatt Regency SOMA for one night to serve as a home base to watch fireworks and get lunch in the city the next day. Room was a good size and thoughtfully laid out. The day bed was comfortable and our teen son slept on it. Convenient location and it was a good deal that included valet parking. Couple of reasons for not 5 stars - (a) Walk in shower had a partial glass panel. After showers the bathmat was wet (b) Elevator situation can be terrible around busy check in/ check out or breakfast times. Wait was over 15min for us and we took the elevator up to find room to go down.

Great hotel for business travel. Stayed 3 nights and was greeted daily by staff. Front desk was especially responsive for my request for extra pillows.
The stuffs were not friendly and I can feel kind of discriminated during the conversation. They judged people by their English accent. The front desk was not supportive at all and gave me some very bad guidance including the parking suggestions (They suggested a self-parking garage which charged me even more than the valet parking). Never go back this hotel and won't recommend any of my friends to stay here.

Last two days no wifi. Wifi prior to that not great. "Destination Tax" for services we didn't even use.
Nice hotel, central location, good facilities, friendly staff.
The wifi was really really bad. The staff gave me access to another network, it was bit better, but still lacking. I had to switch to 5G from time to time.
Albergo molto bello in piena Downtown a due passi da Union Square. Metropolitana diretta da aeroporto a 5 minuti. Camere ampie e pulite. Hall bellissima.

The elevators were not working
The hotel and room were barely okay, but the elevators were terrible. Had to wait 15+ minutes for going up to the room each time, and could not get one for coming down at all - waited 25 minutes, and had 2 elevators stop which were both completely full. Finally decided to walk down 7 floors with heavy bags
A contemporary hotel in a good location . A couple of reasonable places nearby to eat great breakfasts . Bus stops across the street. Very close to The San Fransisco Museum of modern Art .
