Overall, I was not satisfied with it and I don't have a good feeling about it.

The hotel was relatively clean and the location was good.

Cons:

I stayed on the 5th floor and the view was very bad and I suggest you do not park your car at this hotel at all. They are very rude and charge a lot of extra money. Even during the day I left my car there for 2 hours and they were supposed to charge me $25 and I was there before 2 hours but they kept me waiting and when it was 5 minutes past 2 hours they brought the car for me and for the 5 minutes they were late they charged me $20 and they were very rude and when I checked in and out of the hotel they told me that they had no one to help me with my luggage and that I had to carry it myself. In any case it was not a good memory and I will not go there again.

Great Hotel, Terrible Valet
Pros:

I love this hotel, I come here often when I’m in the city. Nothing to complain about regarding the rooms/hotel except for one thing. Valet was extremely unprofessional with their service. We texted the number that’s provided with valet and said our vehicle would be ready in 10 mins… that’s fine, nothing wrong with that. We waited 30 mins, and checked to see if our car was in the driveway and it wasn’t. Waited another 10 mins until I finally got up to go ask the valets to see what was going on. As I was checking, I saw our vehicle parked ON THE STREET SIDEWALK IN A TOWING ZONE and on top of that UNLOCKED. Keep in mind, SF is known for car jacking and getting quick citations/tickets. We were extremely disappointed and furious as anyone would be. They also just left our keys unsupervised in their little section which is also disappointing considering the fact that anyone could grab them. We collected our keys and told valet what they did was not okay and should be more careful about others belongings since we are paying for their services. All valet had to say was “you have to respect valet”. Like okay? Where is respect for paying customers?

Pros:

Location. Clean .. they gave us 15$ credit for hotel shop.

Cons:

Very very very expensive hotel parking. It costs me more than 250$ for 2 nights. They said 79$ but they add other expenses to it.

Close to it all!
Pros:

The location is close to the Moscone Center. It’s a fifteen minute walk to the water at Embarcadero. The hotel bar has a great selection of cocktails. The bed and sheets are super comfortable!

Excellent Service and Great Globalist Benefits
Pros:

The benefits were excellent as a Globalist booking through Amex THC. I would especially like to thank Charles at the front desk, who spoke fluent Mandarin and clearly explained both the Globalist and THC benefits to me. Even when I didn’t fully understand everything at first, he was very patient and took the time to make sure I was clear on all the details.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast was also of high quality. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

I experienced a very scary interaction with supposedly an employee. I chose this hotel because of their reputation and standards. I experienced someone who was acting as an employee trying to enter my room. Thankgod I had the internal lock engaged because he was opening my door without permission asking to change a light bulb in the closet that did not exist. I was moved to a different room, but the manager brushed me off and never followed up with me or apologized. I then felt uncomfortable in this hotel my entire stay. I would take this into consideration when booking with this hotel
