Never coming back neither letting anyone book it in my group
Pros:

Worst in the trip
No value for money at all

Cons:

Staff just came in for cleaning by seeing the door lil open that too without asking and room size was so small and no lighting at all and room view you can’t imagine, worst worst and just worst

Great time here!
Pros:

Very nice property and thoughtful staff. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Short walk to Oracle Park, and a number of restaurants and stores. Breakfast buffet here is outstanding, and we really enjoyed it both days. Regency Club is open all the time, and has a decent evening offering, and multiple snacks. Would definitely stay here next time we're in San Francisco.

Exactly what I expected
Pros:

Only stayed for a night but was clean and in a great location. Was very happy with the accommodations. Front desk staff was friendly. I didn't have any other interactions. Was happy with walkability.

Great Experience
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall and the staff were friendly and professional. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I felt that the price was too high compared to the overall experience and amenities provided. While almost everything met expectations, there was nothing particularly exceptional that justified the premium cost. For the price paid, I would have expected more value, such as enhanced services, upgraded amenities, or a more memorable guest experience. Despite this, I appreciated the hospitality and had a comfortable stay.

Great location, clean rooms, decent amenities and completely worth the price
Pros:

This is hotel is situated at the heart of downtown San Francisco. Really easy access to many restaurants, pub and popular tourist destination. Most parts of the city is reachable by a 10-15 mins cab ride. Staff at reception were really great. Rooms were very clean with a decent view of the city.

Cons:

There was nothing specific that we disliked. But we got a different room compared to what we actually booked. We booked a normal room and got a corner one. Not sure if it is Booking's fault or hotel's

Love this stay!
Pros:

Location is great, atmosphere is great too. Staff are very helpful. They also give a 15 dollar voucher for their marketplace, where you could buy pastry, fruit, coffee, etc. My stay didn’t include breakfast, so I paid for the breakfast buffet, which was great too!

Great Location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with location. We walked through Chinatown to little Italy, north beach, an fisherman’s ward. Club level buffet for breakfast was fantastic. Will stay here when visiting again.
