Clean big rooms. Quiet. Water carafe. Comfy beds. A real desk and chair I could do work in.
this was one of the best hotel experiences i’ve had. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in hours early ($50 fee) and check out late (complimentary). the hotel was in a great walkable location, clean, and comfortable. I thought it was a nice touch that there are free ice and water refill stations on every floor of the hotel. the market they have in the lobby is very convenient and I enjoyed getting coffee there in the morning. they gave me a $15 credit for the market upon check in which was also very nice to immediately be able to get a snack at no additional cost. the lobby is basically a beautiful lounge and I was able to relax and eat a meal down there after check out, prior to going to the airport.
if I am ever back in SFO again, i’ll be definitely be coming back. thank you to the staff!!

Staff attitude
A clean/modern hotel close to union square, great shopping and fisherman’s wharf. Peter from front desk was wonderful and made our stay comfortable and pleasant.
