Convenient Location
Pros:

It’s so close to many shops, restaurants, and parks. The staff was super friendly and room was clean.

Cons:

I only had an issue with standing water in the shower in the room I stayed in.

Pros:

Location, staff, especially the engineer Charlie

Cons:

While we didn't come to San Francisco to watch TV, it was nice to relax at night with a Netflix movie. Unfortunately, the hotel's internet or whatever made that very difficult. We could connect, but the Tv would turn itself off and/or just disconnect from the app. Charlie, the engineer came to our rescue more than once, but ultimately the hotel needs to install smart TVs.
