A bit speedy but worth the money
The first room we were in that I paid 300 for, for one night the mattress was awful on the pull out couch

We love coming to this hotel on our way home. Staff is always accommodating, the pool is so fun, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable!
Romance package was substituted with wine not Champagne. Didn’t receive all macaroons in platter as advertised. When I questioned the front desk about why not Champagne, they said, “what’s the difference?” and then they proceeded to state that they ran out of Champagne and suggested we go out to the nearest liquor store at 10pm and they’ll reimburse us. 2nd night we never received Romance package on the app at all as advertised. Our app hardly worked, so how could we communicate with one front staff employee that was too busy to answer the phone. Housekeeping didn’t come until 5:51pm next day after check in. Marriott app didn’t work 90% of stay. Extremely chlorine starched linens. Barely staffed at front desk. There was constant water droppings in front of elevator and in elevator from kids coming from pool without drying off and no shoes. (It was a “free for all” catered to kids not Romance.)
For a high end Marriott, Delta Fargo, ND was a complete dismal of a stay. There’s plenty of other hotels in the area that I wished we would have booked in the area. Btw: we never received any points for our stay and I had to call Marriott via the long robot system and be on the phone for about 1.5 hrs and I still don’t know if are concerns of a partial refund for the flip of a Romance package and points were properly addressed. I visited the last state of North Dakota for the last of my 50 state bucket list and the Delta Marriott Fargo wasn’t the best! It was such a complete disappointment!!!

Adjacent room with a party of 12?, slamming dice cups and cheering shots.
