Close to Grand Central station and the staff was excellent. Able to leave luggage for the day as well.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel welcome from the start. The location was convenient for exploring the area and getting around easily.

While the breakfast options could have been more varied, everything else met our expectations and made for an enjoyable experience.

We are especially grateful to Carlos, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His positive attitude truly made a difference during our stay.

nice breakfast options, convenient, kitchenette helpful, helpful staff. we had a few issues like the dishwasher flooding and keys inactivating but they were resolved.

We stayed here for more than a month while my husband underwent medical treatment at NYU/Langone. The staff was exceptionally caring and helpful. At breakfast every day, Claudia and Carlos would ask me how my husband was doing and offer encouragement. When my cell charger failed, the engineer loaned me his personal charger overnight. He also opened a wine bottle for me. And when I had trouble printing out documents, C. vasquez at the front desk printed them out from her email. You simply could not ask for a more helpful or kind staff, and I am extremely grateful to them all.

We came from Paris for a family trip with our baby. It was a great experience overall. The hotel is very well located, and we were able to visit many sites on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and much bigger than I expected. The front desk was also very helpful and provided a crib for our baby, which was essential for us — thank you very much for that.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. We stayed for nine nights, and by the end of our stay, we weren’t sure whatelse we can take in the morning buffet. The staff working in the lobby during breakfast time were kind and helpful — thank you, CARLOS.CLAUDIA

During our stay in New York, my family and I had an excellent experience with the breakfast team at the hotel. I would especially like to thank Claudia, Thainá, and Carlos for their outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they made us feel truly welcomed with their warm attitude, genuine care, and constant attention to detail. What made their service even more exceptional is that my son and I are celiac, which means we have strict dietary restrictions. As soon as they learned about it, they took it seriously and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and well taken care of. Every morning, they remembered our needs and proactively prepared everything we required, making breakfast stress-free and enjoyable for our entire family. Their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication made a real difference in our stay.

We just completed a four day stay at the Marriott Residence Inn Midtown East on 48th St. It is an exceedingly well maintained and staffed hotel and in a great location. The room sizes and appointments, including kitchenettes, are more than adequate and appeared to have been recently updated. The main lobby and breakfast areas are very roomy and well illuminated. In addition, the level of service there was excellent, including Claudia and Carlos, who staffed the breakfast buffet, and who were exceptionally helpful and courteous, not the least in helping with our four young and less than tidy grandkids! I highly recommend this hotel for future stays.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in Midtown East! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from restaurants, shops, and Grand Central Station, making exploring Manhattan incredibly easy. Our suite was spacious and comfortable with a convenient kitchenette and housekeeping staff were wonderful. The free breakfast each morning was a huge bonus, a delicious variety every day. Carlos welcomed us with a big smile each morning and made sure we were happy with our breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. From check-in to breakfast service, everyone was professional and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel.
