L'hotel en general està molt net, fa molt bona olor, tots els espais estan impecables. El personal és molt atent i servicial, sobretot l'esmorzar. Les instal·lacions están molt ben cuidades. L'habitació era molt gran i tot estava molt net. Gimnàs ben equipat. Esmorzar bastant complet. Zona bastant bona per ser midtown.

Perfect for anyone looking for accommodation with a kitchenette in New York, especially for a stay of several days. The kitchen allows you to eat whatever and whenever you like, while also saving money on meals, which in New York are as expensive as everything else.

The service is excellent, and the front desk staff are highly professional. The location is a perfect 10, conveniently situated between the 6 subway line and Grand Central Terminal.

The room and the entire property are exceptionally clean. The complimentary flavored water available 24/7 in the lobby was also greatly appreciated. The lobby itself is very comfortable and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to relax and spend some time.

Breakfast is outstanding, with plenty of savory options. What makes it truly exceptional is the professionalism of Carlos and Claudia, who are friendly, wonderful, and always extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! A special thank you to Carlos and Claudia in the breakfast restaurant for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They made each morning a great experience. We’d also like to recognize John, who was incredibly helpful during check-in and made the arrival process smooth and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Manhattan/Midtown! Every member of the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Carlos and Claudia, who worked the breakfast service each morning. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and a pleasure to chat with—such a wonderful way to start each day. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We still have 2 more nights but are delighted with the hotel stay. The staff are very kind and helpful, the breakfasts are delicious and varied and the location is convenient for train travellers. Great value for families with takeaway boxes at breakfast. The breakfast staff is exceptional and Claudia and Carlos have been a highlight every morning.

I am writing this review to help hotel management take decisive action to improve housekeeping. I am leaving this feedback here because the front desk didn't seem to take my note seriously. When staying at a major brand like Marriott in NYC, guests rightly expect clean bedsheets. Unfortunately, the housekeeper placed a bedsheet with red spots at the foot of the bed, seemingly hoping guests wouldn't notice. Attached is a photo of the sheet that I found right before check-out.

On a positive note, the hotel has great customer service—the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was well-balanced
