BED BUGS
Pros:

On our first night staying at this hotel my boyfriend woke up with bed bug bites all over his right arm. We checked in Friday night around 7pm and woke up to this. We stayed on 14th floor in a California king corner room room 1403. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we woke up and noticed it. They did not act suprised they documented it and even took pictures of his arm. We demanded a new room and thankfully the rest of our stay no more bites in the new room on the 18th floor. The hotel then told me that they claimed they brought in a third party to inspect and said It was negative for bed bugs which i do not believe at all due to the BITES ON MY BOYFRIENDS ARM. I have been fighting with cooperate for days through email and they have done nothing for us they are demanding medical reports that we DID PROVIDE a letter from a doctor stating it was POSITIVE bed bug bites on his arm. They said that was not enough. I will never be staying at a Marriott ever again they lost customers for good that was an absolute disgusting horrible experience with the hotel and customer service as well.

Pros:

The Marriot was an amazing experience from the room to the complimentary snacks at the bar. The customer service was amazing and Lewis was the perfect valet. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Pros:

Adele helped us at the front desk and she was so kind and patient. I, along with my colleague were having a hard time with our new company logistics and she went above and beyond! Would love to return. Thank you Adele 🫶🏽

Adele in New Orleans off Canal was THE BEST! Nothing like that kind of customer service, smiling and incredibly polite. After a long drive in and a long fun weekend she was a delight to talk to.

Tammy at the lobby bar was fantastic. She pours a great drink!!! She is friendly and has wonderful customer service. The hotel was wonderful and very clean. It is within walking distance to every thing.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

We had a very relaxing stay in this hotel. The location is great. Very close to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries were luxurious. The staff were wonderful. I would be glad to come back when I'm in town.
