The hotel needs updating but the service from the bellman at the hotel was the best part of the stay. Alfred, Terrel T., and a few others exceeded expectations. They were friendly and went out of their way to help with bags, transportation and even a towel when I came in from the rain.

JW is wonderful. Our bartender Tammy is amazing. Great service. So fun and interesting to talk to and gave great recommendations of where to go and what to do in New Orleans
Tammy at the bar was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to. She made excellent drink recommendations and created such a welcoming atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Great service can really make a trip memorable, and Tammy definitely did that for us. Highly recommend stopping by the bar if she’s working!

No hotel restaurant. Breakfast available in club lounge at an extra charge, but both tye lounge and the breakfast were dismal so we went to fleur de lys cafe right next door which was much better!
Superb customer service from check in to check out. The entire staff treats you as a VIP. The room, hotel bar, executive lounge exceed expectations. My go to place when visiting NOLA!
TAMMY at the Canal St JW Marriott will treat you right!! She encouraged good times and happy moments during my time in New Orleans. She made great drinks and gave cool merch away!! Highly recommend getting to know her.
Adele at the front office was awesome assisting us with a package issue. The package arrived late for the event we were attending, she helped track down the package, and provided specifics for us to send a shipping label so we could get the package re-routed to another location. Her customer service, patience and pleasant manner are un-matched. Thank you again Adele you are awesome!!
