Dobry hotel, ale bardzo nieprofesjonalne rozliczenie przy wymeldowaniu
Cons:

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony, standard obiektu jest wysoki, a podczas pobytu nie mieliśmy większych powodów do narzekań. Niestety całe dobre wrażenie zostało mocno zepsute przy wymeldowaniu.

Rezerwacja była wcześniej w całości opłacona przez Booking.com – kwota 354,96 EUR została pobrana jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Przy zameldowaniu hotel dodatkowo zablokował/pobrał 200 EUR depozytu na ewentualne wydatki dodatkowe, co zaakceptowałem.

Problem pojawił się przy wymeldowaniu. Zamiast rozliczyć jedynie należny podatek miejski w wysokości 33,80 EUR, hotel potraktował mnie tak, jakbym w ogóle nie zapłacił wcześniej za pobyt. Wykorzystano 200 EUR depozytu i dodatkowo obciążono moją kartę kwotą 188,76 EUR. Razem daje to dokładnie 388,76 EUR, czyli pełną wartość pobytu wraz z podatkiem miejskim – mimo że 354,96 EUR za zakwaterowanie zostało już wcześniej zapłacone przez Booking.com.

Zorientowałem się tylko dlatego, że natychmiast dostałem powiadomienie z banku o kolejnym obciążeniu karty. Wróciłem do recepcji i dopiero po mojej interwencji inna pracownica sprawdziła rozliczenie, potwierdziła błąd i wykonała zwrot 354,96 EUR.

To było bardzo nieprofesjonalne i nie powinno się wydarzyć w hotelu tej klasy. Najbardziej niepokojące jest to, że gdybym nie zauważył dodatkowego obciążenia od razu, prawdopodobnie wyjechałbym z hotelu, mając pobyt opłacony dwukrotnie, i dopiero później musiałbym dochodzić zwrotu pieniędzy.

Doceniam, że po zgłoszeniu problem został uznany i zwrot został zlecony, ale taka sytuacja zdecydowanie obniża moją ocenę całego pobytu. Przy hotelu należącym do marki Marriott oczekiwałbym znacznie większej kontroli nad rozliczeniami gości.

Pros:

We had a great stay at the Hotel. Location well connected to public transport.
The lobby is just out of this world. The rooms fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.

The hotel has many excellent qualities. It is very clean, the furniture is of a high standard, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s facilities and modern technology are outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The interior design and décor are elegant, sophisticated, and very well done.

Cons:

On the negative side, the air conditioning is not suitable for hot summer weather, as it does not cool the rooms efficiently enough.

Unfortunately, the breakfast is very repetitive and lacks variety from day to day. The selection of cold drinks is very limited, with only options such as orange and grapefruit juice. There are also only two types of cheese, and the overall food selection is quite limited, with not many choices available.

There is no valet parking service, and the hotel’s parking area does not have enough spaces to accommodate all hotel guests, which can be inconvenient.

Finally, the reception area is often very crowded, which can result in delays and make the arrival or assistance process less comfortable.
