Que la chambre n'ait pas été vérifiée avant de me l'attribuer. A moins que des lits aient une utilisation dans la journée pour des plaisirs éphémères.

Meeting was located in the hotel itself
Reception were rude, did not care that I was waiting in the queue to check out - prioritised cabin crew
There was already a staff member serving the crew team , others could focus on customers waiting in the queue
Zero politeness - no sorry for waiting
Bed was not comfortable and very bent in the centre - old
Toilet separate form bathroom and so small that one cannot fit neither wipe the bum
Then have to proceed to bathroom separate room to wash
No tea selection
Breakfast 26 euro- what is that price ?
Tired and worn out furniture , carpets and rude staff
Not worth the money at all
Location next to palais des congres, and next to metro line!

This hotel has a very good location, lot of restaurants around, metro, bus, tram; I come since more thy 15 years and find it very practical;
Staff also very nice, today Selma and Thelma did the best to provide me one of the most silent for a good sleep, after a very turbulent flight from, which prevent me to sleep and before my flight to Singapore tomorrow !
