J'ai pas apprécié la réponse et le ton brutal de la personne a qui j'ai réclamé au sujet du bruit d'une perceuse qui nous a torturer pendant tt notre séjour et ce entre 14h00 et 16h00 en continu...cause vous êtes en travaux..
C'e malheureux de dire a un client " Mr nous sommes en travaux..prenez le comme vous voulez!!

Розташування просто супер, метро поруч, тріумфальна арка, персонал хороший та вічливий . Ми замовили собі сніданки, це і вигідно і смачно, є літній дворик в якому можна поснідати .

Ugly room in first floor
There was an excessive line by the check-in desk. And each person was taking way too much time for the check-in process. When it was about to be my turn and I got closer to the check-in I kindly asked the staff to hurry up. The blonde lady called Audrey told me that they cannot hurry up, they are short on staff and it is hard on them too. She said all these with a very arrogant attitude instead of trying to be efficient or helpful.
Then another lady from the office came out and called my name. Why wasn’t she out initially if they were short on staff and there was an extending line. And again I wouldn’t mind the initial wait, if the blonde receptionist Audrey didn’t react in such an arrogant way and just asked for support from her office.
Later on when I got to the room few amenities were missing. When I called the concierge for the slippers and vanity kit, they said the wait time was 40 minutes. After I refused the wait time because I had to leave for a plan he told me to come and get them myself. When I confronted him about his attitude, he again told me they were short on staff and I could speak to the management if I wished to! I
I do not think this is a supportive approach even to their own employer. A customer does not have to know about the company’s insufficient employee budget. Especially in a field like hospitality, the employees start with an apology for any inconvenience caused by
them! I don’t know what was wrong with that whole team. Manners are learnt in school, an employer should not be in a position to teach their employees how to behave as well.

Aktualnie trwał remont, ale była informacja na ten temat od samego początku.
It was very central. The room was clean, large had all we needed.
The wait time for check in and check out. It seemed to take ages. There was plenty of staff. But so many guests. Some could have spoken to concierge for their plans to visit places But were taking up the receptionists time. It also felt like there were at some points 2 or 3 members of staff helping just one customer.

Veilige parking voor onze wagen. Je hebt via de parking direct toegang tot het hotel. Onze wagen stond veilig, wat onze grootste bezorgdheid was om tot Parijs te komen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Hoewel je op voorhand via Booking een kamer naar keuze boekt, moeten ze bij het inchecken nog naar een kamer zoeken.
We zijn met 3 volwassenen en 1 kind en men stelde ons een kamer voor met enkel een tweepersoonsbed. Hoewel ik een kamer boekte en betaalde met een tweepersoonsbed en een sofabed. Gelukkig hebben ze nog een extra bed geplaatst in de kamer zodat onze zoon ook comfortabel kon slapen.

le check in : 1 réceptionniste en poste, attente d'une heure pour récupérer les 2 chambres ... soi disant, problème d'effectif ... un samedi soir. Chambre vétuste, pas de nettoyage le lendemain, pas d'électricité le matin du départ ... bref je déconseille fortement

The room that weren't renovated were prison standards.
Rooms were horrendous, the ones not renovated.
