Kind stall and well located
I had a great experience at Le Meridien. The location was close to the Metro/RER and a perfect base for work and play.
The room was a generous size, very quiet and clean. Fluffy towels and a very comfortable bed.
The staff were very helpful, and friendly. A burger in the Luna Bar while watching the FIFA World Cup was fun. Breakfast is chaos, but lots on offer including delicious cheese.
I would stay here again.

My family and I recently stayed at Le Méridien Paris Arc de Triomphe after booking two rooms directly through Marriott. My wife is a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, and we expected the level of service that normally comes with the Marriott brand.
Unfortunately, our experience was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have ever had.
We arrived at approximately 11:30 a.m. on June 23 and were told our rooms were not yet ready. We were assured that we would receive a phone call as soon as they became available, so we left to spend the day exploring Paris. It was an extremely hot day, with temperatures approaching 40°C (104°F).
No one ever called.
After repeatedly contacting the hotel ourselves throughout the day, we finally received room keys at approximately 8:30 p.m.—about nine hours after arriving.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.
The following day, we had to move because the room assigned to us was not the room type we had reserved. Once again, we were told we would receive a phone call as soon as the correct room became available.
Once again, no one called.
We were unable to access the correct room until approximately 8:30 p.m., meaning we effectively lost most of a second day waiting for accommodations we had already paid for.
The most troubling incident occurred when my teenage son was issued a key to a room that was already occupied. Believing it was his assigned room, he opened the door and found another guest asleep inside. Thankfully, everyone remained calm, but this should never happen. It was an alarming security and privacy failure for both my son and the guest whose room had been incorrectly assigned.
To be fair, some members of the staff were courteous and genuinely tried to help once they became involved. My disappointment is not with every employee, but with the overall handling of the situation and the lack of communication throughout our stay.
I understand that hotels occasionally experience operational problems. What distinguishes a great hotel is how it responds. In our case, repeated promises were not kept, communication was poor, and a serious room assignment error significantly overshadowed what should have been a memorable family vacation in Paris.
I hope Marriott reviews its procedures to ensure that no future guest experiences similar issues.
Room was comfortable, air conditioning was working well during the heat wave, the hotel lobby is welcoming and comfortable. The location is good, easy access to transportation .
The closet space is not enough for 2 people in the room. The bathroom cleanliness is acceptable, but more attention is needed. The room was cleaned late in the afternoon.
