La proximité de la mer et de la ville.
La vue jardin et mer est magnifique.
J’ai beaucoup aimé le distributeur à glaçons à l’étage! Le frigo était nettement plus froid que dans tous les hôtels du monde! Top!

All needs attended to.
Pros:

We were upgraded when we arrived as there was drilling which was set to continue throughout the week. I came for rest, whilst my husband was at a conference held here, so quiet was essential; this was understood and attended to immediately. Wonderful array of options for breakfast. Our maid Goar, was extremely helpful and friendly always ensuring we had everything we needed.

Great hotel but service set it apart
Pros:

We stayed there on the front end of a business trip and it was such a great way to spend the weekend. The hotel is right on the water and we could see and hear the ocean from our balcony. We were really happy with our front desk clerk Moosa-we checked in at a slow point and he took the time to welcome us and make us feel like special guests. We are Bonvoy elite but not that high but we were treated as if we were. I'm trying to say that what would have been a perfectly fine stay turned into a lovely stay that we will remember. The hotel couldn't be better located and if the weather is nice make sure to visit the rooftop bar. We had a cocktail there after checking in and the view and service were amazing.

Great hotel in central Nice!
Pros:

The location can't be beat - right on the garden square in the center of Nice. Fabulous rooftop bar - even in January it was full of people watching the gorgeous sunset. The pool was closed when we were there but we've used it before and it's kept at a good temperature.

But what really makes this hotel special is the staff - Ann and Nicolas on the front desk have been particularly welcoming and helpful, but everyone is kind.

We would also recommend the breakfast - well worth it for the smoked fish, fresh bread, and wonderful cheeses.

We'll be back!

Wonderful hotel right on the main promenade
Pros:

Fortunate to spend an amazing week at this wonderful hotel. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Booked a seaview room but was upgraded to deluxe seaview room with a terrace (Marriott platinum status). The terrace is large with a table, 2 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. INCREDIBLE view of the water and location can't be beat...close to many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. There is even an outdoor market 10-15 minute walk away. Has a large breakfast buffet with tasty pastries...it is France after all. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Special recognition to Goar who was exceptionally kind. Can't wait to stay here again!

Excellent location and hotel
Pros:

Beautiful location overseeing the ocean and very close to numerous restaurants, shops and old town. Food and drinks were excellent at the hotel restaurants and bar. Reception, restaurant and bar staff were professional and helpful – all we encountered also spoke English. Public areas and bedroom were well-maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

- disappointed a bit by renovation and closure of the restaurant.

+ impressed by detailed room cleaning and detailing, lady Goar handled it to 6* level with attention to detail.

+ great gesture to set up a bottle of rose in the room for arrival. Much appreciated!

+ reception was efficient and helpful.

Love our stay at Le Meridien Nice
Pros:

We have a great stay at the Le Meridien, Nice!
The room is amazing, over looking the ocean, with balcony. Location is excellent, walking distance to most touristy places. With bus stops right in front, tram stops just 6 minutes walk.
Staffers are super attentive & friendly, especially our housekeeper Goar, who keeps our room spotless, makes sure we have enough water every day!
Breakfast is wonderful, tons of choices, with wide variety of breads, pastries, freshly prepared eggs, fresh fruits and drinks! Our server Martini who is there every day is very friendly & helpful.
Front desk staff are courteous & knowledgeable.

Great hotel, in a perfect location, with excellent and caring staff.

The Meridian has everything we need to have a luxurious and fantastic vacation. We had an unbelievable view of the Mediterranean in a luxurious bed with soft pillows, our housekeeping staff, especially.Goar kept us well supplied with coffee, water, and everything we needed. She anticipated our needs. We could not have been happier with the service we received. One night after a rainy day, we wanted to get room service. We didn’t want anything on the room service menu, but we did want something on the restaurant menu so the staff accommodated us and brought up our order directly from the restaurant. Everyone here has been outstanding.
