Residence Inn Pinehurst Southern Pines

The Staff was wonderful. Front desk (Linda) was very kind as well as the other person in morning. The Kitchen staff
young woman was wonderful and the breakfast was well stocked at all times.

The hotel was well kept, but they were under construction/renovation during my stay and I didn’t see announcement of that prior to booking.

The hotel is located in Southern Pines area, with many restaurants and shopping centers within a few minute drive. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel, and a nice small outside pool with a small jacuzzi near it. Also near the pool there is a public area with tables and chairs for the hotel guests, which was very nice to be in during the evening (and also a small basketball court).

The building is a 2-story L-shaped building (where the above-mentioned public area is in the middle of the "L"). Breakfast is served near the separated reception area - a typical American breakfast, somewhat updated every morning. Unlike other hotels, it had real plates and cutlery, not plastic ones. Guys - don't heat food in its plastic wrap! No water bottles were delivered to the room like in some other hotels.

The room was actually a suite (I presume the other rooms nearby are also like this) - it was huge, with a complete kitchen, including a big fridge, microwave, dishwasher, a sink, table and chairs, and other various items such as plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The bed was also very comfortable. There were countless areas for storage. The air conditioner was noisy, and we turned it off during the night. We occasionally heard another noisy air conditioner from the oustside. The fridge was also a bit noisy.

Altogether, this is one of the best places for staying in the area.

Our room was not cleaned properly, traces of soaps and dust were everywhere.

We arrived around 3:00 PM, but our room was only ready after 5:00 PM, and that was after we insisted several times. At breakfast, when we asked a young female server for a spoon, she replied rather impolitely, saying, “Can’t you see them yourself?” Overall, the service experience was disappointing.

La ubicación es muy buena, tiene todo cerca(restaurantes, tiendas, supermercado, etc).
Tercer año que regreso al hotel y siempre la atención del personal es muy buena.
Si eres Runner en el centro comercial del frente tiene una vuelta de 1km.
Próximo año regresaré.

Nice, clean and dog-friendly hotel! Very nice area too, hotel was about 30 minutes from Ft Bragg but worth it. Breakfast not bad. Everything super clean

Stayed here for only one night in order to explore the Village of Pinehurst. The hotel is very close to everything, clean, renovated, quiet. We enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
