Pros:

Haven't been to the hot tub yet staff was great terrible was getting asked for $100 deposit which I did not have available on the card so I had to call someone to be able to pay the deposit while I stay and had already paid for my booking through Expedia. the omission of the deposit from the Expedia website was explained that it is part of the choice comfort inn hotel website but left me in the employee both at odds as to what should happen I was originally asked for $250 and then they settled on 100 of which I did get paid and I did appreciate their cooperation.

Pros:

Room smelled like smoke when we first walked in, attendant said he didn’t smell it! Also, we were on the first floor, and it was a dog floor! We had to get our room key recoded every time we went back to the room!
Wouldn’t stay there again!

Pros:

The toilet paper and tissues are of the lowest quality possible. The guide on the tv did not work and neither did the closed captions. However, Lots of sports channels if you like that. The pool was only 4 ft deep at the deepest but it was perfect for playing with my granddaughter

It would much more convenient if the key card entry worked on the side of the building. And our curtains appeared to be very stained otherwise the room was cleaned well.
