TRIP INN Hotel Uebachs

Zimmer und Betten sauber und ok. Toilette könnte sauberer sein aber war auch nicht schlimm. Mitten im japanischen Viertel. Essen und shoppen ist hier also super Parkplatz schwierig da Zufahrt auf Breite von 2 Meter breiten Autos beschränkt. In der Garage selbst ist es auch eng, es stehen nicht viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung und man muss dann wieder durch die enge Einfahrt hoch. Wir haben uns nicht getraut und sind in ein Parkhaus in der Nähe. Kostet dort eben extra. Fur unsere zwei Tage aber ok. Im Hotel gobt es kostenlosen Kaffee und die Angestellten waren nett zu uns.

Zimmer sauber und zum Hof hin ruhig gelegen.
Frühstück leider absolut nicht Stand der heutigen Zeit. Brötchen, wenn man sie so bezeichnen möchte, wabbelig. Aufschnitt Discounterware. Alles sehr lieblos angerichtet, so dass man ständig irgend etwas suchen muss.

Das ist noch Luft nach oben.

Ansonsten gute Lage des Hotels

The hotel is fine, very well located close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The problem for us was the not so friendly staff and the room. It was right beside the lift, so very noisy and it had a funny smell. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Room clean, but no cups for brushing your teeth, used the coffee cups.
Coffee machine didn’t work.
No coffee but only coffee cream!
Only one small towel for washing your face, daughter used the big towel.

Hotel is a little gem. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are cleaned daily and rooms were spotless. Perfect location for shopping and the Christmas markets. Would definitely return

Hotel in a good Location, beds comfortable, staff very nice.

Hotel is located in central area of Düsseldorf Shopping area and Altstadt are in walking distance Our first night was just a little noisy, room was located next to the lift. However we managed to change the room the following day.

Not good customer service, room was a dependance from the main building, very small very dirty and with lights not even working. Some spiderweb around the room. No proper window and had to be with the curtain shut at all time, in front of the room there was a little garden where other guests would relax and have also breakfast.

The description was little different .. the room was too small.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I got in late and the receptionist was very nice and told me to call reception if there was not a fan in the room (as there is no AC in the hotel). It would have been a lot nicer to have had AC as temperatures reached 100+ degrees, but I was able to make due by being out of the room most of the day. The room was very clean and quiet throughout the night. I did feel a bit unsafe with a fire escape spanning the entire side of the building, as I did not want to keep my windows open at night in case anyone were to walk on the fire escape.

First night when I late check in the staff give me a room which is lover position then I book. Later I reject this and give me the rom 320. The room has elevator noise can't sleep at night. And the toilet is not fixed and moving. Then in the morning the new staff give me a new room. BUt my one night is bad.

I like the location , but the property could use some improvements.

A large well located hotel with spacious rooms. Reception was very slow.

the room was on the 4th floor and there was no air flow. with all of the windows open i still could n to cool down the room. the front desk said last summer the hotel had to close the 5th floor because it was intolerable hot. they should at lest provide fans in the warmer months
