Friendly Staff, Subpar Conference Room
Pros:

Mark at the check-in desk was a real standout, a very nice, charming man. The room was clean and there's a nice courtyard to sit out on at night.

Our only complaint would be around the conference room. The microphone and speaker were not adequate for a large group (20+). The conference microphone picked up audio only within a few feet, so anyone attending remotely was unable to hear much of what was discussed.

Great experience
Pros:

Excellent hotel for business travel. The support staff were awesome. Special shout-out to Mark and Detrice who helped make sure me and my team were comfortable and well taken care of.

Above and beyond service
Pros:

Mark made my experience especially great by procuring Gatorade and other beverages outside normal means and bringing them to my room late above and beyond the calm of duty. He wanted to provide a superior service which I can say he accomplished.

Check-in and as easy and fast. Rooms were modern and clean. I travel weekly and this is arguably the nicest courtyard.

Excellent check in support.
Pros:

Mark was fantastic in helping me negotiate heavy load for delivery tomorrow as well as provide a nice upgrade to a suite. Very attentive and customer obsessed.

Will definitely be back!
Pros:

Ended up here after moving from a disgraceful hotel down the road! We checked in close to midnight by the wonderful Ms. Wendy! Our room was huge, cool and clean with a great view. Had breakfast one day at the hotel restaurant coffee shop - the yogurt and lemon cake were so good! Walked another morning to The Corner Cafe. Very walkable area to many neighboring restaurants. All employees we spoke to were professional and courteous.
