I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a wonderful first impression. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the room looked like it had been recently upgraded with a sleek, modern design. Although there was construction going on during my stay, I never heard any noise from it, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the lobby even smelled amazing-such a nice touch.

My stay was restful, while convenient to the Biltmore and very good dining establishments.
Pros:

The hotel property is in a very convenient location, with plenty of free parking. The hotel staff was attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The seating area was a little small, as it couldn't accommodate the number of people that were there for breakfast.

Very happy and excellent stay. Safe and Peaceful.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and quite a nice complementary. Fresh , hot and on time services. If you are on the trip and do not want to have eat around , breakfast here will serve you for whole day while you enjoy attractions.
