Great place
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the hotel was set back off road and safe and not much traffic noise.
Stay here when in the area and will do so again.

Great for visiting The Biltmore
Pros:

Convenient location to The Biltmore, access to the major highways. The room was enormous. Breakfast was complete including a variety of food like waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits depending on the day .

Cons:

A couple of minor items: slow water draining in the sink, empty shampoo dispenser.

Great experience
Pros:

We had a great experience staying here with our two children. Mayra was wonderful and went above and beyond with helping our kids with multiple different things! She was so kind and sweet! It is within one mile of the Biltmore’s entrance which made life easy and our kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Staff went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bathrooms were large and well appointed. Loved shower!
