Pros:

The breakfast buffet was great with many options. The room was recently remodeled and very clean. Great location to the Biltmore.

The beds are high and I am short making it difficult to get in bed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a wonderful first impression. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the room looked like it had been recently upgraded with a sleek, modern design. Although there was construction going on during my stay, I never heard any noise from it, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the lobby even smelled amazing-such a nice touch.
