Very enjoyable le and added to our experience of visiting the Biltmore Estate. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Location was excellent for our 2 days visit to Biltmore Estate. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had our dog and the location for pet relief was excellent and easy to use. Very pleasant stay!

Very nice, short to the Biltmore. All in all, it was a good stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean., enjoyed to stay very much.

Cons:

The first morning breakfast was fabulous was looking forward to the next morning's breakfast. That was not so good powdered eggs, no bacon or sausage. Frittatas were the very best. In two days never had bacon.

Met expectations, we have stayed here before and will return.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was good, room was good, staff was friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Safe in my room needs work, loose on its base, couldn't get it to lock. Door to the ice machine room (Fifth floor) needs work, scrapes the floor and makes a loud noise when opened. Ventilation in that room is grossly inadequate, probably because the door fits too tightly to allow air to circulate.

Jasmine & Robin could teach a course on Hotel Customer Service--they are awesome individuals with wonderful personalities and are also very courteous, professional, engaging, friendly, funny (Lynn, blink twice!!)...and did I say just awesome individuals?!?...from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and appreciated! The hotel is conveniently located, beautiful, our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the fruit infused water. I highly recommend this hotel and would visit again, hoping Jasmine & Robin would be on duty! ;-)

Clean comfortable room with a good bed.

Cons:

Very bare-bones. I don’t mind the walk-mounted toiletries , but that was it. Not even a note pad and pen or a shower cap.
