Friendly and clean

Cons:

Paying for decent coffee that was only available after 7. I had to pay $10 for two large coffees that should've been made available for free by 6am. The only option was the coffee maker in the hotel room that offered 2 tiny creamers, not enough for two coffee drinkers. Coffee is important to people and should be made available in the lobby at 6am, and for free. It's a small, inexpensive accommodation.

Great gym, rooms need a little touch-up and care, but great size

Pro: Great gym, great size room

Cons:

Con: Limited kitchen/meals, room couch had cigarette burn/stains, room TV had constant advertising and couldn't be removed (very annoying!), room wood furniture needs some touch-up

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. No cleaning services were provided, even I noticed the front- very disappointed.

Easy, safe and clean overnight in between flights.
Cons:

Coffee shop (supposedly a Starbucks but was closed at 10:30am) and restaurant had odd hours but otherwise great!

Great Place to Stay in the Chicago West Suburbs.
Pros:

Liked the location right off the interstate. Close to Rosemont & other West Suburbs of Chicago.

Cons:

Jacuzzi in the pool area. Maybe include the buffet breakfast as part of the price of the hotel.

Pros:

I loved the decor and the staff was awesome. I also loved the restaurant and the room itself!

The sofa bed was not very comfortable according to my daughter.
