Excellent. I did like everything.
Pros:

I did like the gym and rest area. The hotel was located nearby the downtown Hoechst and nearby the canal. It was a good experience. Furthermore, the personnel was kind and helpful all the time. The room had a fridge (which is not common nowadays) so I could take my pre-workout drink fresh and cool everyday. I could also stay in the lobby after check-out and attend some business meetings. Thank you.

Great Hotel, Even Better People :)
Pros:

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, and what made the experience truly special was the warmth and hospitality of the staff.

My first impression of the hotel was through Merlin at the front desk, and he was the perfect first face to represent the place. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. He took the time to explain everything about the hotel, recommend places to visit, and share useful information about the area. His genuine friendliness made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

I would also like to mention Qudsia at the front desk, who was equally warm and helpful. Marco, who was working in the evening, was also very hospitable and made my stay more pleasant. Nunzi, who was taking care of the breakfast area in the mornings, was another wonderful member of the team. She was always kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made starting the day with breakfast a lovely experience.

The morning breakfast itself was really nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and a good selection to enjoy.

Overall, the hotel has a beautiful ambience. Although the building has an old charm, it offers great amenities and a comfortable experience. The location is convenient, with the station, buses, and trams within walking distance. There are also many interesting places nearby to explore, including the old town of Horst.

A big thank you to the entire team, especially Merlin, for making my stay memorable.

It was a very good value for the money. I totally recommend!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Nice stuffs were provided like electric kettle, teabags, tea cups, body lotion and shower gel.

Cons:

The bathtub didn’t have a good shower splash guard. So water splashed everywhere in the bathroom when showering.

Frühstückbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, aber qualitativ eher durchschnittlich Die Brötchen waren eher trocken, das gek. Ei lauwarm und hart, die Pancakes etwas zu trocken und geschmacklich flach ..Das Birchermüsli, Quark.. war gut und der Kuchen auch ;)
Kaffee okay.
Mein Zimmer lag an der Straße ( Incl. Straßenbahn), nachts fährt sie für 6 Stunden nicht, das ist gut ;)
Die Fenster dämmen Lärm nicht gut

部屋は広く綺麗で快適。
フロントスタッフは皆、親切でフレンドリーで仕事が早い。
電話の取り継ぎをしてもらったり、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらったり、いろいろお世話になりました。
