Pros:

I’ve already sent a review, but the property was wonderful. Staff was professional and kind and accommodating. Very well oiled machine. Hands-down, the best location on or near campus(and literally the only one on campus) and many rooms have incredible views over the campus and into the sunset over the mountains. We dined one evening at the Italian restaurant and it was excellent. Breakfast Buffet is a must. Our son is committed to Cornell lacrosse and this will be the spot for us to stay for sure!

Great stay and amazing staff
Pros:

Great coffee in the reception and rooms are cleaned spotless every day. Staff is amazing and helpful. This is my second visit and I have booked for May and August to visit my kid at Cornell

Incredible!
Pros:

The food was amazing - seriously mind blowingly good. The staff was phenomenal - they went out of their way to help us and were so kind and friendly. They truly went above and beyond! The hotel is gorgeous, the views of Cornell's campus were beautiful. The room was pristine and very well cleaned and maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to tour Cornell's campus or stay in the Ithaca area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Bar is great, pricey. Staff was great. Place felt shabby. What’s up with blue wallpaper in hallways outside of Banfis

Location is great.

Cons:

Furnishings, wall coverings, lamps etc., very tired and dated. Disappointing. Shocked that Cornell with a premier hotel school doesn’t take more pride in the hotel
