A wonderful stay at the Statler hotel at Cornell University
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel on May 19 for one night. An excellent hotel located right on the Cornell University campus, making it extremely convenient for exploring the university. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with outstanding service throughout our stay.

During check-in, the Senior Manager Michael happened to be training interns and staff at the front desk. He was exceptionally friendly and professional, patiently and thoroughly explaining every procedure and detail to the employees. It was very impressive to see such dedication and professionalism in action.

Our room was upgraded to a tower view, and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful — expansive green lawns, stunning campus towers, and a perfect view of the sunset.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cornell University.

Gratitude for those at the Statler
Pros:

My family appreciated the help of Ms. Cassandra Rice and Ms. Virginia Young to book and host my wife and me, at the Statler, during a difficult time for our family and to do so on short notice.

They and others at the Statler made us feel at home. We found that other guests shared our opinion.
