Great stay, friendly staff and super location at the center of campus
Pros:

Breakfast was good and nice location. Downstairs bar very fun and social. Great stay experience.

Bathrooms are dirty and not clean. We complained about towels not being changed and since then the cleaning staff was rude and impolite. So unprofessional.

The Statler Hotel is a beautiful hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The location is within the Cornell University campus and you can walk everywhere. Walking into town for shops and restaurants is about 1.5 miles.

Cons:

I thought the valet service was confusing with indoor and outdoor stations. No offer to help with bags. However they were very quick with getting the car and coming and going was easy.

Felicitaciones !!! Me gustó Estar dentro de cornell. La limpieza excelente. Todo un lujo de hotel. Es una experiencia en si misma.

Cons:

Que no tuvieran jack daniels en bar. Y que la Coca-Cola fuera de maquina.
En estados unidos el tema de los cobros de estacionamiento son excesivos. Sin embargo em statler cobran 1/3

Pros:

Lovely picture window with views of the Bell Tower. Well trained students who were friendly and professional. The rooms were thoughtfully designed. Very pleasant stay.

Ideal location, pleasant and hard-working staff
Pros:

Ideal location in the heart of campus, with a friendly staff and excellent food and drinks at the Regent Lounge. The room was immaculate, everything (wifi, coffee machine, mini-fridge, shower) worked well, and despite an unexpected, mandatory parking surcharge of $30/day, was worth the price.
