Mr. Kapa deserves a medal. He made the Bilbao experience worth it.
Pros:

The location, the amenities and the front desk manager Mr. Kapa was fantastic. That is how a manger should be. He was most helpful, decisive and had great managerial and customer relation skills. He deserves a promotion. He is the best asset of the hotel.
