Les habia hecho saber con anterioridad a mi llegada que llegaria a las 8AM y el chico de recepcion tras teclear mi reservaen el check-in debió ver que mi estancia era standard y el precio muy economico, y no quiso darme habitacion, sino ofrecerme Early Check In por 60€. No es de recibo que si uno paga mas le dan habitacion y si no “hasta las 12-12:30h” me dijo que no me daria.
Otro punto fue hoy a las 12:02 ya estaban llama do por telefono para acelerar mi check out

Un fin de semana en Bilbao alojados en su hotel más emblemático.
Pros:

Adecuado a nuestros gustos tradicionales, silencioso y una gran habitación. Desayuno excepcional. Muy oportuno el parking con punto de recarga para vehículo eléctrico.

Gran ubicación y excelente atencion del personal.
Pros:

Habitación muy comoda. Me gustaron las almohadas. Muy buen servicio de aseo de la habitación.

Cons:

La conexion de wifi fue deficiente. Tuve una habitación al final del pasillo. Mala señal y de baja velocidad. El estacionamiento es de acceso dificil.

El mejor hotel para visitar Bilbao
Pros:

El edificio es precioso. La habitación individual es grande y cómoda. El personal es súper amable tanto en recepción como en el comedor y limpieza. Volveré sin duda.
