The hotel, room & mall area were just beautiful.

Cons:

The diner buffet was just a choice of a hamburger or hotdog & there was a buffet of sides. $60 for a couple hamburgers send a little ridiculous.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything from start to finish and everyone involved was outstanding. It is very kid friendly. The food was phenomenal. The pool was perfect and the are gorgeous

Great with a baby/toddler
Pros:

This hotel was wonderful with our toddler. Super convenient with a stroller off the mall and close to everything. They provided a sturdy and clean metal rolling crib upon request with sheet. They also gave us an adorable boat tote with zipper that said Omni kids and was full of crayons and colored pencils and activities. It was really a hit and our toddler still uses it daily at home! The lobby and atrium was large and great for meeting friends or grabbing a drink or snack. There is also a few display cases which contain gift shop items for purchase which was very convenient and handy for buying gifts to bring to friends (they also provide a gift bag). We would love to return again!

Comfortable accommodations

Perfect location for a hotel in Charlottesville.
Pros:

The Omni Hotel was perfectly located on the Downtown Mall. As soon as you step out of the bar/lobby area, you are right on the mall.
The large bar/lobby area was just lovely and a perfect place to have a glass of wine before heading out.
The staff couldn't have been nicer. We have an electric vehicle and the overnight charging station was so convenient.
Would definitely stay here again if in Charlottesville, and I have recommended it to many of my friends.

The location is incredible for being able to walk to different shops and restaurants. It’s also in a great location for a quick drive to UVA grounds, Monticello and other great sites!
The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably clean. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.
