Do not stay here

The front desk person was not rude

Cons:

There was no breakfast and it was not advertised as so. We were to have a roll away bed and there was none. It was to bea free cancellation room and it was not so. We didn't stay and yet they charged us.

Will not ever stay at a Day's Inn again
Pros:

Breakfast was not offered

Cons:

Manager demanded an extra fee for "cleaning" that was not advertised or included in stated rate. Bathroom was not cleaned very well (hair on side of tub), old hole for faucet was not covered, requested a room with a low entry shower due to my disability and was given a room with a tub/shower and could not utilize due to my disability. Manager said that the pre-registration form that I was sent and completed and sent back was never received

Roach Motel
Pros:

Nothing!!!

Cons:

After call attention to a roach problem, they accused someone of smoking in my room, and said there was no roach! Because they are trying to not refund my full amount paid. I already set you the roach pictures!!!

My electric went out in the middle of the night and they didn’t come and fix it. My shower didn’t work. I had to use my phone flashlight

For the cost, it was okay. But probably wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointing to not have what is advertised
Pros:

Great location. Quick Lyft/Uber ride to downtown areas. Easy online check in and check outs! Interior of rooms updated!

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal. No actual vending machines- snacks, sodas, bottled water had to be purchased from desk staff or off-site. Pillows were oddly small. While I don’t think the infestation was in our particular room since we only saw 2- but we did kill 2 cockroaches in sink area of our room.
