Days Inn by Wyndham Kennesaw

It was really bad! I had to stay with them cause it was new year night and there was nowhere else that would take walk ins so I reluctantly stayed. The hotel room was really gross it wasn’t clean at all! The room had chipped wall paint the doors locks were barely on the door it really seemed like if you tried hard enough you can break in also the bed had weird stains and holes in the sheets and the blinds were broken. On top of all that I called to get late check out and was told that was fine, yet the staff kept knocking and trying to open the door telling us that check out was at 10 having to explain multiple times we called for late check out. I couldn’t even have a nice morning with my wife.

I didn’t like the fact I had to pay cash only for the security. However, I did like the normal-sized refrigerator accommodation in my room. Don’t see that very often.

The room was filthy and not well kept. Definitely not worth the price.

Wrong room assigned, stained towels, missing tv remote, sheets not clean, broken furniture, wall damage in bathroom so far

Cockroaches in the room. Trying to charge a pet fee of $25 per animal each day, not pet friendly. Charge for a lost key. Cigarette burns in the bathroom. Poor attitude by some staff. Coffee area chained off before 10 am. Dead bolt didn't work. The door looked like someone kicked it open.

The room was horrible. Not what was advertised online. The room looked like a kid painted the place. Holes in the walls. The beds were hard and had a plastic covering that made noise every time you moved. The covers were thin and itchy and had cigarette burns. Will never stay again. I want a refund of my money. Never will I stay again.

Staff was friendly. The bathroom had mold, the sink barely had water coming out of it. Room needs to be patched up and painted. They should have their continental breakfast open until 11am. They are only opened till 9am, a lot of guests are just getting up then.

We reserved a non-smoking room but were placed in a smoking room. It reeked. The room was dirty, holes burned in the blankets, roaches in the bathroom.

Needs work. Bathroom shower head falling out of wall. Broken blinds. Everything old. Bed is comfortable.

Room was clean, staff was nice. It was very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is located a couple of blocks off Barrett Parkway and I75 easy access. There are 2 other major brand hotels grouped together alongside it, plenty of parking and the exterior of the complex is well maintained. All of the staff are courteous and attentive. The interior of the lobby, public areas and rooms is dated but functional. The room I stayed in had several maintenance/repairs issues. The room was tidy but could use a through deep cleaning especially the floors. I walked on floor wearing white socks which was very revealing. I mentioned to a housekeeper that I saw a couple of tiny baby roaches and showed her where something had bitten me on my stomach. She and the maintenance man immediately inspected the room and addressing the issue. The location, professional staff and well maintained exterior are compelling reasons for me to stay there again to see if the accommodations have been remodeled

We came in a little late but the young lady in the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is under renovation and the room we got was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the only real let down but still it’s always a plus when it’s available.

Palabra Limieza no existe en ese sitio . Pedimos cuarto para No fumadores y todo el cuarto olía cigarrillos . Ropa de cama quemada con cigarillos . Hotel esta amigable con los Animales. Montón de cucarachas por todo lado.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Infested with german roaches(the little ones that once they infest your luggage and home are impossible to get rid of) , filthy and nasty. My non smoking Room reeked of smoke and had a few cigarette burns in the floor. First thing I saw was a dead roach followed by live roaches crawling around the floor. I got out as quick as I could. They offered a refund as they had no rooms that were available without roaches. I am still waiting 3 weeks later for that refund. Note: as soon as you arrive they get your card and bill you for the entire stay before you have even gotten a room yet. If for some reason you do decide to stay here, do not give them your card until you see your room and know it is german roach free.

An employee busted in my room at 12:10 am for no reason and i jumped out of bed ready to defend myself… I didn’t realize it was an employee and no one should have been trying to enter a room without calling, knocking, or saying something. I went to another hotel after not being able to go back to sleep for a few more hours. Terrible experience.
