We enjoyed our visit to Geneva and this hotel was a highlight.
Pros:

We loved everything about this place! We were here for four days and then when we had a mix up over the busses to our next destination, needed another night in town so we chose to come back here. The restaurant was great and we loved being so close to the park and the lake. And we really appreciated the help with local transportation.

No complaints!

The air con could have been better . There was a slightly unpleasant odour in room at evening time . I mentioned this to reception.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale vicino ONU, giardino botanico e fermate autobus. Nelle vicinanze è possibile mangiare e visitare il parco.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eden. The hotel is beautiful, clean, elegant, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is also convenient, and overall I had a pleasant experience.

My only suggestions are regarding the room size and breakfast. The rooms felt quite small, and I hope the hotel will consider expanding or renovating them in the future if possible. I also hope the breakfast can be improved with a wider variety of options, as it felt quite simple.

The hotel has so much charm and truly deserves an even more luxurious experience through updated rooms and a richer breakfast selection.

Nice Property in a Quiet Area
Pros:

Super clean and modern. Good breakfast and staff was very courteous.

Cons:

It’s a bit away from main attractions but bus station is just around the corner. We got a free public transportation pass. Park and lake across the street which was nice. They use old fashioned door keys which you have to lock from inside as well, unusual with electronic card technology today. Suggest upgrading to new system.

completo y bien comunicado
Pros:

personal muy amable , la ubicación estupenda , se cogen cerca 4 autobuses que visitas Ginebra con comodidad, la habitación tiene nevera y aire acondicionado, el desayuno bien , completo .

Cons:

precio caro pero toda la zona es muy cara , así que supongo que acorde con los precios aquí

Pros:

第二天赶飞机所以挑选了一个比较舒适的酒店过夜。离机场公交20分钟就到了，公交站就在门口100米内，非常方便。房间有空调，卫生间宽敞明亮。万国宫和断椅步行可达（但是很热，建议坐公交）。酒店的电梯很有特色，像老式电影里的。

早餐比较普通（但是水果很甜！）

A good stopover hotel after/before a flight; nice breakfast; excellent staff.
Pros:

Fairly convenient location in the Diplomatic Quarter rather than the centre (especially helpful with G7 protests on Sunday).
Receptionist very kindly made us tea on arrival.

Cons:

A pity the restaurant was not open for dinner at the weekend. Not much choice of restaurants nearby although we enjoyed Medusa.
Parking arrangements a bit challenging but did work

Πολύ καθαρό περιβάλλον, ευγενικό προσωπικό, σε καλή περιοχή, κοντά σε ολα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος.
Καλο πρωινό.
Με μια μικρή ανακαίνιση (ειδικά στη διακόσμηση).θα έβαζα σε ολα 10!
