- Locatie - top ligging, centraal & toegankelijk.

Cons:

- Personeel - ontbijtpersoneel onvriendelijk, receptie- & kamerpersoneel vriendelijk & redelijk efficient.
- Ontbijt - vrij standaard, maar ondermaats voor de betaalde klasse/prijs (ondanks enigzins gevariëerd).
- KamerFaciliteiten - ondanks onmiddellijke & herhaalde melding werkte de gel-dispenser in de badkamer pas vanaf de derde nacht ('vijgen na Pasen').

My go-to hotel in Geneva
Pros:

Great staff at front desk - the gentleman upon arrival was very sympathetic and human in so many ways. THANK YOU so much for the one hour late check-out you enabled, making a huge difference to the last hectic day of my stay. I was able to cool down (literally) from an array of busy morning meetings and regroup for the long trip back.

Cons:

Younger female staff at front desk just chatting away among yourselves, giving "typical" responses on booking.com on request for a short extension on check-out was not so nice for someone who has stayed at the hotel multiple times and seeking a little respite from the harsh weather and schedule. I hope the gentleman's warmth and professional support can be relayed and trickle down to the rest of the staff.

Cons:

Parking information was not provided adequately. It Wouk be nice if you can sent your guest a geolocation along with pictures of the parking garage as your hotel is located centrally and we have to double park for more than 5 min.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location was perfect, only a 15 minute walk to the lake and 5 minute walk to the main train station. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. I did not try the breakfast so I cannot rate it. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The elevator was small and only two were available to service the whole hotel, so we waited a while for the elevator but of course there were stairs for those of us who wanted to do some exercise.

Okay for one night.
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

- VERY expensive for the breakfast & very bad quality. Not worth it, eat somewhere else.
- Ridiculously expensive for the carpark.
- Carpet in the room was very filthy.
