There was no way to adjust the air conditioner but it was working.

Our family stayed here passing through at the end of our vacation in France, as we flew home from Geneva. We were only at the hotel for about 12 hours, but it was clean, comfortable, and great location for travelling. We arrived by bus and we walked to the hotel. The next morning, we walked to the train station to get to the airport very easily. The hotel stay included free train tickets. We wished that the hotel had a restaurant on site as the kiddos were exhausted and just wanted to stay in. We were told that they share hotels under the same umbrella, but they were in different locations. We were able to get 2 connectiving rooms which was convenient. We didn't have time to try any hotel amenities. Overall, a great convenient and clean hotel stay for a pass-through.

Basic hotel, quite old. Poor view from the bedroom looking onto rail tracks. Noise from running trains during the night is disruptive to sleep.

More 3 star than four. Small room, gym, and AC didn't work. Lobby reeks of cigarettes.

Easy walk to lake Geneva

Ideally situated for arriving from the airport by train - only a few minutes walk down the road. The train from the airport literally takes 6 minutes - the hotel had emailed us out the free transport card and although I'd downloaded it to my phone, no one asked to see it over our weekend stay.

The staff were welcoming and friendly (and accepting of my limited French!). Our room had been made up as a double rather than a twin, and despite the fact it was 2315h, the guy on reception sorted out another room quickly, no issue at all.

We had breakfast included in our rate - it was plentiful and fresh, good choices and set us up for the day.

Travelling around Geneva is easy - there are quite a few trams and buses from the station that go over to the Old Town (and even a tram (15 stop Mole) from outside hotel to take you the journey to station if you have lots of luggage.

If we were in Geneva again, I would certainly look at staying here again. Thank you for a great stay :)

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean, comfy, well priced

This should not be classed as 4* it is more a 2* i have been on many city breaks around the world and this is probably the worst Hotel I’ve stayed in to date.
The breakfast was terrible the scrambled egg tasted of absolutely nothing. The boiled Eggs were boiled until the yellow was black. Each morning we asked for bread for the toaster and were told there isn’t any ?today we were given it reluctantly but when other people asked they were told no there wasn’t any. Although each morning staff were eating breakfast when we arrived ? When we had paid for ours and then told there wasn’t any bread for toast. Very unprofessional.
On a positive note. a good thing about the hotel is it’s in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the train station and near to everything. And although the rooms are very outdated and smell a bit old and musky the landings are the nicest part of the building. It can be noisy at night but if you close the window it’s fine.
I have 1 positive thing to say and that’s the cleaning staff did put some banners and balloons out for my friends birthday but there cleaning skills leave a lot to be desired. Also when I arrived I asked Micheal who checked us in could I pay the city tax and was told there wasn’t any to pay but on leaving was asked to pay?
Would I stay here again No would I recommend definitely not!

Great location to train station, tram and some restaurants.

We came for a short visit with my parents who are seniors. The location from the train station was fabulous and not a far walk to the lake. We had a family room and it was perfect to be able to share a space but also have a bit of privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a conference and it was the prefect location. Bernardo was very nice and such a pleasure to speak with. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of amenities nearby too.
