Clean, comfortable and close to everything!!
Pros:

The staff were professional and friendly from checkin to check out, while the rooms were spacious, clean and included a comfortable bed. Location was excellent as it was just one block away from the lacrosse arena so we could easily walk there as well as shopping and a great variety of restaurants!

Cons:

A very minor issue was that parking was not included in the pricing and so this increased the cost by $20/day.

Great staff, good location, clean and professional overall

Staff were great and bar staff very friendly and helpful
Nice outdoor pool area on rooftop which was great in the sun
Breakfast was good, some large portions and great homemade local jam
Room was good, nice bathroom and easy parking on site

Pros:

Nice hotel but Cordo restaurant on site tried to cheat me. The remote was useless. Just guessing but batteries needed replacing? Shower over the top mystifying. Never hot enough. Took a high tolerance to figure out how it worked. Totally a negative experience!

Very nice.
Pros:

Centrally located. Good parking facilities. Good amenities. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

We were a little cold when we went to bed and could have used an extra blanket but, unfortunately, none were available in the room.

Pros:

We stay at the Delta in Kamloops on our way to the Rockies. It is consistently excellent. The rooms are clean and quiet, the fitness centre is good and breakfast in the hotel restaurant is top notch. I usually order eggs Benedict and they come perfectly done, with real potatoes fried beautifully, and I always ask for the house made strawberry rhubarb jam and an extra crumpet. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant are friendly and professional.

A calming welcome
