Les lits très confortables
La piscine avec le jaccuzzi, où il est possible de commander des cocktails et des snacks !
Et le personnel adorable
Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell im Riversidepark, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal sowohl beim Check in und out als auch beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war lecker und den Pool haben wir intensiv genutzt.
Schade war, dass der Zimmersafe defekt war und auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage das Problem nicht gelöst werden konnte.
Zudem war das Zimmer für 4 Personen recht eng. Zumal es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer/Taschen/Rucksäcke gibt.

Det ville være dejligt med en buffet-morgenmad. Det er i stedet med menukort og man må regne med ganske lang tid da serveringen er langsom
Het zwembad (buiten op de tweede verdieping) was geweldig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam dat we al bij het zwembad mochten wachten voordat we konden inchecken en we daar werden opgehaald toen de kamer klaar was en onze koffers zelfs daar al heen gebracht waren.
Restaurant heeft een kindermenu maar niet echt veel keus.
Great-sized room, well-situated hotel (bearing in mind Kamloops is split across a river), and staff were super friendly. There was a fridge in the room, which was great for us as we were doing a mix of catered and self-catered hotels as part of our road trip. Super easy to find and parking was really convenient.
While breakfast was "included", the voucher didn't get you very much (it covered one drink so between hot drink and juice, you needed to pay for one). The service at breakfast was also incredibly slow and disorganised, and other tables were experiencing the same issues. The server was nice, but not particularly apologetic about the situation.
