A calming welcome
Pros:

I forgot my credit card at home and had to make some alternative arrangements. Lauralee has been amazing at making sure i felt comfortable and at ease in ny stressful situation.

Alles in allem ein kurzer Aufenthalt zur vollste Zufriedenheit.
Pros:

Neueres Hotel. Alles pico bello. Garage für das Mietauto. Direkter Lift ins Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Zimmer und ein Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Sogar eine Dusche mit beweglichem Duschkopf.
An den meisten Orte sind die Duschen fix und unbeweglich in den USA und Kanada.

Cons:

Really nice hotel. Staff are very friendly particularly MD.
Cons:

Another sink outside the bathroom would be good. Also if they can keep 1 or 2 bowls for preparing noodles, it will be helpful.

Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist nicht vorhanden
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde nie richtig gesäubert, auch nach 6 Tagen und mehreren Beschwerden, war es nicht dem Personal möglich, unseren Teppich zu saugen. Selbst ein Manager der es sich angesehen hatte, gab zu, das es nicht gereinigt wurde, aber auch nach seinem Besuch, wurde es nicht besser.

Auch Handtücher fehlten fast jeden Abend.

Great one night stay
Pros:

Super friendly staff and well situated hotel. We stayed one night enroute to the kootenays and it was great. The hot tub was wonderful!
