The hotel room was clean. However the pool area needs cleaning. There was food trays everywhere and the water on the pool looked dirty. The water temperature was extremely warm on a hot day it should have been at the coldest temperature. Per a staff member he said he couldn’t adjust the water temperature.
Upon our arrival/ check into our room
We walked into our room and there was someone in the bathroom. We were startled because the room was locked therefore the individual had to have had a key as well.
When she saw us she walked out of the room without saying anything to us. That made us feel uneasy because we had out three children and worried for there safety. It wasn’t housekeeping either because there was no housekeeping carts outside the room. Nor she this individual have anything in her hands that indicated she was housekeeping staff. I immediately asked the manager who this person was and they had no clue just speculation that it was a contractor. That still didn’t sit well with us. So we were moved to another room. But the fact that the manager nor housekeeping dep. Could confirm who this lady was just ruined our stay at the hotel. So we decided to check out the next morning.
My kids absolutely loved the pool and water slide. They didn’t want to leave the property. Hubby and I enjoyed the food/drinks pool side. The property is big and had a lot of open space for the kids to play.
The beds were too soft for my liking so I woke up a couple times in the middle of night as my lower back hurt.
Everything was amazing! Such a pretty report.
Only negative was the elevator in our tower was super slow, so we took the stairs instead.
This resort offers everything you need. The atmosphere was great and the staff were super helpful.
The prices were high and there could be more food options onsite and more than one coffee shop.

Everything was perfect
It is on hotel circle but the hotel was not conveniently located.
The parking is horrible. The regency section is old which is where we were at even though we wanted a pool view. It was PACKED with ppl. This is a resort that caters to ppl using the resort more than the guests staying there.
It was me and my families first time here and we will definitely be back! We all had a great time! The resort is beautiful and we all loved the pool. We rented a cabana and the location and setvice was perfect. The kids loved the activities throughout the day at the pool (duck races, face paintings and crafts)
