Pros:

Everything was amazing! Such a pretty report.

Cons:

Only negative was the elevator in our tower was super slow, so we took the stairs instead.

Great place to stay, I would recommend it.
Pros:

This resort offers everything you need. The atmosphere was great and the staff were super helpful.

Cons:

The prices were high and there could be more food options onsite and more than one coffee shop.

Overcrowding
Pros:

It is on hotel circle but the hotel was not conveniently located.

Cons:

The parking is horrible. The regency section is old which is where we were at even though we wanted a pool view. It was PACKED with ppl. This is a resort that caters to ppl using the resort more than the guests staying there.

Great family fun!
Pros:

It was me and my families first time here and we will definitely be back! We all had a great time! The resort is beautiful and we all loved the pool. We rented a cabana and the location and setvice was perfect. The kids loved the activities throughout the day at the pool (duck races, face paintings and crafts)

Pros:

Everyone was so nice and courteous. It was hidden and felt exclusive.

Cons:

There were alot of bees, I saw 2 people get stung and then I was stung on my leg.
I also cut my toe on the sliding door guard. The guard was higher than normal guards and I dont understand why they were so high.

Good family hotel but not peaceful and relaxing.
Pros:

Property was kid friendly but rooms and amenities were dated. No privacy in our private fire pit room other people were using it as a walk way and were very loud. Also pool was over loaded with guests that did not stay in that area of the hotel. Need more grounds over site and technical support to combat these issues.

Lively, family friendly hotel
Pros:

The atmosphere is lively and Inviting, great for families

Cons:

We had multiple issues with check in, wrong room number given by front desk, confusing room numbering between first floor and 10th floor, lots of waiting will all of luggage in tow,which I can understand because they're a busy hotel, all in all they did the best they could, but nothing was offered as an apology for such a big mistake.
