The beds were soft and comfy. The check in clerk was nice and welcoming but it took a while to get him upon arrival. I had to call him.
The bathrooms were nasty. Built up dirt around the bathtub and toilet. The inside of the tub wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival either. It was stained and had dirt. I checked out the pool area and it stunk so bad I wouldn’t let the kids in.
The room, pool, staff and cleanliness was great.
Clean room, clean pool and friendly staff.
Nothing
Lied about the price, breakfast machines were all broken, baby crib was actually just a pack n play that hadn’t been cleaned and was full of crumbs and reeked of perfume.
Comfortable bed, clean room, decent breakfast, decent proximity to downtown.
Loud cleaning staff. They blasted their radios and loudly talking with total disrespect of guests.
Close to interstate . Great value for the price.
The bed was very comfortable! The room was clean and very nice.
Good location for interstate and downtown, looked revamped and brand new
Nothing to complain about
Location, room, shower.
Did not like that the price kept going up. Looked in the afternoon and it was ninety dollars but group had not made a decision as to what city we were staying in yet. Checked at dinner and price had gone up again. At check in it was even higher. Desk clerk said the price goes up if they are getting busy. Not a fan. It should cost what it costs.
The hotel in general was close to the equestrian center that we had to travel to for soccer tournaments. The breakfast was good for hotel food the eggs were pretty watery but edible. The water pressure in the bathroom was good and the shower was clean. The beds were okay and there was plenty of room in the bedroom overall. I loved that the curtains closed out ALL the light from outside and the room stayed warm. The parking was adequate and it was nice there was a stoplight right next to the hotel so we could get in and out easily amd it was within walking distance to 2 gas statios.
As soon as we walked into the hotel it reeked of cigarette smoke and was even worse down the halls but thankfully the bedroom itself did not smell bad. We did not use the pool or the jacuzzi because both were very small and there were a ton of kids in there at all times so we decided not to go down there. On a sode note fpr the bathroom, I really don't like having the sink outside of the bathroom, that's always a pain in the butt.
Hot tub- jets were very strong
I just wanted to get a shower and a good night's sleep .
The room was OK, but I don't get why the bad attitude of the staff. From the front desk person who checked me in to the person servicing the breakfast area in the morning, no one greeted me, or acted courteous in any way.
When the snack machine did not accept dollar bills, the guy at the front desk didn't stop eating dinner long enough to explain that the changer was broken - he just took my dollar bill and gave me 4 quarters and kept on eating
I have had better experiences at Days Inns, which is why this experience surprised me.
Rooms were updated
Rooms were dirty; hand prints on the tub dirt and hair on the floors. There were never any pool towels the manager didn’t wash the pool towels but put them in the dryer and brought them back dirty. The Manager Miguel stated we could not take the towels from the pool to our rooms and that we could not have water to drink in the pool area. He was very rude when I had to call down and request house keeping come and take our dirty towels and garbage from our room as house keeping never came. He stated the hotel guest were the reason that the pool didn’t have pool towels. He was super rude.
Location was good for where we had to go.
The manager was rude and the room was disgusting.
