When we tried the shower couldn't get it on. Maintenance came up right away and got it taken care of. Phone in room did not work. Sheets smelled like they had not bren changed. Body odor! Paying for parking is ridiculous!

Great stay.
Pros:

Comfy room and bed. Some road noise but nothing crazy to hinder sleeping. Lots of places to get to for things to do or eat very easily. Very easy to find!

Pros:

Toilet did not work proper. Odor and felt dirty --discovered at 1:00 am --- after a full day of travel. Should have had a discount added for the inconvenience and disgusting experience.

I notified the front desk, and was told they were "sorry". Unfortunately when you have to sleep in a room with a faulty toilet "sorry" isn't enough.

Needs facelift
Pros:

Embassy is tired, dark, worn,….. needs some tender loving care. Furniture worn, baths 1980’s. Certainly not the Embassy of yesteryear. Only 1 extremely slow elevator. Other broken. Dark.

Pros:

The air conditioner was so loud and air flow so forceful we had no option but to keep the fan on continuous and wear ear plugs to sleep.
That was a first for an Embassy Suites.

Pros:

Gave Embassy Overland another chance , as my son now resides permanent blocks away . Same experience , room was small , Air conditioner super loud and wouldn’t shut off due to heat , all fixture in room old , plumbing super loud also. Water at front was warm , don’t offer if not re freshened . Breakfast was okay , omelet cook not cleaning bowl for omelets each time , omelets greasy tasted horrible , used to be one of the perks Embassy had over others . I sent email a year or so and got response , would make it right . I will go else where now .
