Pros:

Location was perfect, I had lived in Corpus Christi for 43 hrs, so I already knew that, but it's close to good food, shopping, etc. It's an older hotel, but it's been well cared for; my room, bath, was clean, hotel staff was great.

Cons:

Just wish I'd taken my home bed pillow!

Over 9/10 friendly staff minus the bartender. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and fresh,

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bar closed early every night I was there (before 9PM) the bartender a female was there everyone and I was told “she was closed” I never got to enjoy my complimentary drink!

I would stay again, however I woulld make sure the room has excellent climate control.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that according to the receptionist, there was an issue with checking-in. We arrived at 6 pm and got our room until around 9pm. We traveled and went directly to the beach all day and were expecting to check-in immediately and wind down. Our youngest was 3 years old and it was uncomfortable for him. Also, our room felt extremely humid and warm.

Would not stay again
Pros:

The location is great, the hospitality was great, everyone was nice and helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. The Hotel itself needs some upgrades. The room was ok, needs some upgrades, but the bed was horrible, Very hard and you feel every spring. We found a dirty leftover towel in our room and my grandson found a leftover Qtip under the table 🤢. The noise level was to be expected for a hotel, not overly noisy.
