Decent
Pros:

It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was really good. Quite a few options. On the website it said the restaurant part was open all day, but it wasnt.

Cons:

It is definitely older and needing some updating. The air in the room didnt blow very well but it did stay cool. The toilet kept running. We had to fix it each time. The bed was alright. Firmer than we are used to.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and courteous, especially Jacob, who even remembered my name and greeted me and my family every time we left the hotel and came back. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The young man making the omelets to order was fantastic. Our grandchildren loved the beautiful indoor pool.

Cons:

We had requested an early check-in, but the room wasn't ready until 4:15, which was later than the usual 4:00 check in time. Jacob was very apologetic and offered a later checkout time when we were leaving two days later, but we decided to leave for home at 11:00 a.m.

I don’t think we will return
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to all of Corpus Christi attractions.

Cons:

The facilities are run down and very dated including beds and other furniture in the rooms. Bathrooms also need upgrades badly.

Pros:

The breakfasts weren't very tasty, but thank you for the service; the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The parking lot was full most of the time, and the main access was very dangerous and narrow.

It was a decent stay.
Pros:

Staff were very nice, great breakfast, kids loved the indoor pool, loved the 2 complementary drinks.

Cons:

Our room was not available till 5:30pm so had to kill time after being at the beach all day. The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. We had mold on the roof of the shower.

Pros:

The staff ok and location good.

Cons:

Booked 2 queen beds but when we got there they gave us a king bed with a sofa bed. We were very disappointed and told front desk about error. The manager came out and told me that I booked through a third party web sight so she could not help me. I didn't understand why booking with a third party was the issue. I felt like the manager didn't care to help me. I don't think I will stay there again. I just wish someone would have told me that booking with you was going to get me treated differently.

It didn’t meet my expectations.
Pros:

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The property needs remodeling and the tub had lots of rust on the tub. The air vent in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling and it had lots of clogged dust coming from it along with strings of hair. The hotel wasn’t worth the money it’s old and run down looking and needs remodeling so I checked out early from being disappointed.

Embassy suites do better
Pros:

Staff was friendly at reception area.
The buffet was good always had the food coming. Drinks were great.

Cons:

For being Embassy suites I was not impressed. I walked in the room the smell of old carpet was a disappointment. The pictures I saw online looked a lot bigger than in person. The Tv's Really are in Need of an UPGRADE! Terrible. Couldn't even hear the tv sound. The fridge was all wabbily but I managed. In general the rooms need to be upgraded. Rooms need better decor. Oh the white bread was the only thing missing in the buffet. The gentleman was nice I'm guessing the bus boy but he seemed overwhelmed and over worked. Felt bad for him nice man but he looked overworked.
