Elevator 🛗 in front not working
The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed clean beds. Our stay was short, but we rested well.
The room had toothpaste from the previous guests and there was a residue on the headboards. We did not shower because it was unacceptable, there was mold in the grout and a rust stain on the tub. The room really was in need of a complete makeover, worn areas on the cubes in front of the couch, wallpaper had come loose in several places, paint needed touch up and the picture in the bathroom has come loose from the base. All in all it wasn't what I expected from a Hilton room.

Upon arrival, everything seemed okay. Room was decently clean and all seemed well. My group and I left to the mall nearby for about 2-3 hours, and once we came back, our door's lock mechanism malfunctioned. Initially, we believed our room keys all must've deactivated due to being around phones or cards, but it turned out that it just wasn't working. While maintenance was helpful, it did take longer than expected. We waited from around 9-9:50 locked out of our hotel room until they finally reprogrammed it. Come the next morning, we leave to go to breakfast with our keys in our possession. What met us when we came back? Yet another instance where the door is once again malfunctioning. Thankfully, again, maintenance was very helpful. Overall, not a terrible experience and a great story out of it, but ultimately not ideal!

The room felt a bit dirty. My daughter dropped the bar soap on the floor and it was covered in long black hair.

The food variety and taste was very good. Good selection. The bed was very comfortable and we got a lot of towels in our restroom.
The room looked outdated. The restroom walls were dirty. The window curtains were yellow instead of white. The sofa bed had dog hair. The cabinets were dirty and the room overall was outdated.
