Pros:

The pool and tiki bar staff were amazing! Great for both kiddos and adults. The room was big enough for a family to move around in. Location was fantastic, with it being short drives to anywhere we needed to go.

Cons:

Our AC didnt work much of anything, and on day 2, it started to leak in the middle of the night. Maintenance came 1st thing in the morning - fixed leak, but still wasn't cooling off room. Beds were ok, not the best. Either needed a couple extra pillows or more fluffier ones, they were a bit flat.
I didnt like i had to pay for a cup of coffee in the am. Usually thats complimentary in hotels. Its was basic brew, nothing fancy. Wish the parking was complimentary for guests, or at lest a decent complimentary breakfast. What I thought was a "good deal" for a hotel, ended up being more than I wanted to pay after our stay with the added fees.
