Handlery Hotel

The hotel is older and somewhat run down. The restaurants and service were great, but the rooms were old and dirty. Long hairs in the bathroom, pee or another yellow looking stain on the back of the door, the door and ceiling were warped from water and the windows barely opened.

Very family friendly. Staff was exceptional! Would come back again.

Didn't use pool area.

This was a quick overnight for my 2 sons and myself. I felt safe and the facility was clean and accommodating. I would say this was an affordable safe placed quick travel stays.

Staff was friendly housing keeping came right away when we needed something. Beds are horrible uncomfortable and small for being “queen” size. Pool was not heated even though it says on website

Overall stay was great. Pool area was busy but beautiful. Room was clean but the bathroom was very small with very little counter space. Most rooms are accessible outside and the balconies/patios mostly face the parking lot. Its an older but well maintained building. Restaurant/bar were pretty decent.

The first problem was I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs as you did not have a elevator. The view was horrible. There was no reason for me to get a balcony if I knew the view was going to be the parking lot. You had no screen on the balcony door so could not leave open at night as did not want something to just come on in. You had no ventilation fan in the bathroom. and I had to ask for a comforter as that was nowhere to be found. My stay was for originally Mon- Thurs but I left on Tuesday. This set the bad tone for the rest of the trip.

The hotel has rooms spread out which makes the tracing of rooms very difficult. The reception staff was cordial but felt unsafe as a solo traveler. Also the security money has still not been refunded. The hotel doe not offer a complementary breakfast as we saw it was there while booking

My fiancé booked without reading the reviews, which I always tell her to read the reviews lol
So when I read the reviews, I was kind of nervous because they complained about the same thing!(outdated and smell). The room we stayed at was great and it didn’t smell and it was so great that we stayed an extra day.

Property shows its age but good for what we needed.

We have a wonderful stay with my toddler they put us above fitness center in the corner just in case, we would definitely be back for a little get away soon

The pool area is very nice and we enjoyed it over the weekend. They have followed the practice of small pillows for the bed, so while bed was not uncomfortable per we, the 3 small pillows made sleeping uncomfortable. Bring your own. Restaurant is okay for bar style foods. I would love to see more gluten friendly items.

Nice place. Parking is pricey but, felt it was worth it to have vehicle in gated area. Very centrally located but still quiet.

The room smelled like mold went to 3 additional rooms same smells along with marijuana smells in the hallways facility looks very old and run down

Great hotel and amazing pool which the kids loved. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
