The pool and environment was amazing.

Bad knees and parking fees
Pros:

The room was great the hot tube was great

Cons:

What i didnt like was im disabled with bad knees and requested a downstairs room and they said none were availble so the climbing of stairs was difficult and the long walk to car AND IT WAS A GREAT DEAL UNTILL I WAS SIPRISED AT THE 24 DOLLAR A NIGHT PARKING FEE THAT I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT UNTILL I SHOWED UP THAT PRETTY MUCH WILL KEEP ME FROM COMEING BACK

Great Pool Area, would stay again.
Pros:

I loved the pool area with a large pool, big hot tub and tiki bar service. The location is outside of downtown, but there is a short 10-15 minute walk to the mall and a transit station that gets you to town in just a few minutes.

Cons:

We had a ground floor unit next to the parking lot and people talking loudly passed by at all hours of the night. Parking was an extra cost, and a bit steep at $24 a night, given its availability.

Great value for the $
Pros:

Room was very clean. Great pool area. Fire pits are a plus! Live music by the pool on Friday afternoon and evening was awesome.
Loved Julia 😊 super sweet and the best bartender ever!!! Watched her making sure everyone is attended to! Very professional!
Breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful, kind and attentive! Made sure frequently we had everything we wanted :)

Cons:

Rooms can be a bit more updated.

Staff was great, very dissatisfied about not having an elevator. Never have ever seen a hotel without an elevator?
Pros:

Housekeeping was great!

Cons:

There wasn’t an elevator? No where in the website did it say there was not an elevator. We have two small children requiring a large double stroller. We were on the second floor which made it very difficult leaving and coming back to the room. If we were aware there wasn’t an elevator, we would have gotten a bottom floor room.
