À part l’emplacement c’est tout

Cons:

Pas vraiment c’était horrible hyper bru bruyant, on entendait comme si on était dans la rue . Isolation y’en a pas on entend les gens parler tout horrible . Pas de vrais volets . Le prix cher pour ce que c’est déçue .

Disappointing hotel experience-- would not choose them again.
Pros:

The location was very good-- blocks from the Powell St BART/MUNI stop, so easy to travel anywhere by public transit. The staff were polite.

Cons:

The pool-- a major draw, and the reason I chose the hotel over other options-- was closed for "maintenance" the whole time. No consideration or compensation was offered for this (such as a discounted room rate or alternative perks). The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the room was drab. Felt like a 2-star hotel rather than the 3-star it was advertised as. Certainly not good value relative to nearby competitors.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto grande.

Cons:

Banheiro muito pequeno. Box menor ainda. O atendimento dos funcionários deixou a desejar, à exceção do funcionário que nos ajudou com as malas no dia da chegada. Não nos deixaram lançar o depósito de garantia no cartão de crédito, o que nos fez "perder" 100 dólares durante a viagem.

Pros:

The location was great, very close to Union Square and transport.
We could leave our luggage when we checked out, which was really helpful.

Cons:

The room was small and quite dark. It didn't smell fresh and looked like it had been cleaned quite superficially.

Well located, close to street and cable cars, just don’t stay when it’s warm.
Pros:

The location is really good, the Asian housekeeping ladies were lovely, the security / door men were nice and the beds comfortable.

Cons:

Lack of air con, over priced security deposit is charged on daily rate, we’ve just travelled all over the USA and this was the first hotel that charged daily.
Over priced for the age of the hotel.

a great sunlit room in the heart of the theater and shopping district
Pros:

Charming hotel in the thick of things with excellent attentive staff. I loved being able to step out and be in Union Square or in the cable car line in seconds. Everyone working there had a great attitude and I felt cared for. Highly recommend!

Cons:

not much. wifi was a little weak in my room, and I wasn't streaming.
