Nice service. Gave us free early check in. Location is awesome. Easy to take public transportation.

Some of the staff are friendly, but beware the valet driver bed was comfy. TV could have more channels.

I like the view and that the balcony was usable and the front desk lady was wonderful

Cons:

The valet drive driver was very mouthy and rude Made a really rude comments about my car. as well as the TV, not having many channels to choose from.

Nice hotel in an easy accessible location
Pros:

I read mixed reviews before coming and I was a bit nervous but when I checked in Darwin was very nice and helpful . He gave us a great room near the pool and it was very clean and a good size. It’s in a very easy location 1 block from Union square. Definitely ask for a room in the newer building . I have no complaints. It was a nice stay . Staff was friendly and hotel was clean & Maintained.

Good but antique.
Pros:

제가 있었던 방은 사진보다 훨씬 더 낡았고 좁은 느낌이었습니다만 그거 떠나서 청결도랑 직원들 친절함 위치등은 다 만족했습니다.

The location, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the room was good.

Cons:

아무래도 사진이랑 너무 달라서 실망했습니다. 안그래도 위치나 가격은 매우 매력적이라 굳이 사진으로 장난 안치셔도될듯하지만...

To be honest if you're sensitive about the styling or condition of the room this hotel is not for you. The room looked like they were from the movie the Titanic. However it is a cheap price in a central location very close to public transportation and away from the tenderloin. I just found the room and hallways to be really scary.

Will stay again
Pros:

Perfect location wise - cable car right at the end of the road - passes Lombard Street it and can take you all the way to Hyde Beech - walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf.

Also perfect easy walking route for the train straight to SFO airport - just a straight walk.

Lovely area, loads of restaurant choices.

Stayed in the historic room - a tidy size too.

Very disappointing - needs serious renovation
Pros:

Room was relatively clean - carpets were very worn.
Bed was comfortable, - but bottom sheets were too short

Cons:

Shower was too short, could not stand under it.
Room was old, rusty hardware in bathroom, rusty sink, lots of knicks in paint, small tv that did not work at first but maintenance came up and shook the cable and it worked.
Carpeting throughout was very dingy and old. Had to walk up stairs with luggage to get to room.
Was not at all "Premier"
