Excelente opción para manejarse caminando, hacer compras, cómodo y limpio

Cons:

Nos olvidamos algo y no nos contactaron para devolverlo, unas sandalias. Intentaré por email ver si se pueden recuperar y no hay personal que hable español.

Great location, room, and amenities
Pros:

We liked the pool and dry sauna. We urge the staff to repair the shower door that opens into the sauna room so it can be closed.
Clean and spacious room. (1) The small refrigerator has a very mild cold temperature that couldnt be adjusted; we would like to adjust it so the food doesn't spil. (2) Room thermostat was very old and it was impossible to handle it. We could never bring down tor up he temperature that was set at 68. None of the bottoms work, and probably the fan worked only bc 68 didn't feel chilly. Please fix the thermostat! (3) The windows were super dirty. We asked the cleaning staff to clean them. They did clean one but left the other dirty. Please keep the windows clean!

Near perfect!
Pros:

The location was perfect for my visit! I was treated so nicely at the hotel!

Cons:

There is a gorgeous bar where luggage is stored, it would’ve been amazing to have an on-site restaurant. For the entirety of my visit one of the elevators was broken.
