Locatie was goed, ruime kamers en goede faciliteiten.

Cons:

Eigenlijk weinig. Wij hadden alleen slecht uitzicht op een steeg en de vloerbedekking was groezelig maar dat is snel in een hotel.

ユニオンスクェアからすぐ！どこに行くにも、食事するにしても、とても便利な場所にあるホテルです。

Cons:

レセプションから部屋のある別館へ移る際に、20段ほど階段を使わなければならなかった。重たいスーツケースを持って階段はキツイ。

Cons:

De kom meget sent og rengjorde værelse - ofte ved 18.30 -19 tiden. Sæt “clean my room” skilt på, så kommer de først der.

Fantastic! Would definitely return and recommend to others.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was basic but clean. Location was outstanding! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Although this hotel does not offer breakfast, there were discount offers to excellent local restaurants and cafes that we used and loved.

Cons:

Outdoor pool facilities were quite basic. TV did not offer a guide to what was on, only what channels were available. Air conditioning was tricky to use and didn't have a guide.

I was disappointed. Online the pics look way better than inside of the room.
Pros:

The location was good. The parking people were great.

Cons:

Paint chipping and falling into shower. Ac didn’t work. Room stayed very warm. The pool wasn’t heated to 80 degrees. Very cold actually.

Pros:

Sauna and pool were really nice, perfect after a busy couple of days sightseeing. Great location too .. close to everything. Staff friendly also. No breakfast but found a lovely crepe restaurant 5 mins from hotel.

Always had safety at the back of my mind. Which made the 2 days uneasy.
Pros:

Very central location

Cons:

The hotel needs to review customer safety. Balcony door wouldn’t lock. And the main door wouldn’t double lock at night.
