Pros:

Central location , size of the room and bed , fridge in the room. Located close to diners and restaurants. Easy access to the rest of San Francisco with public transport near by.

Cons:

Just getting a bottle of water on arrival.

Pros:

The location was excellent, in a safe area with easy access to the Moscone Centre where I was travelling for work. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and was only informed on arrival that it was closed for renovations. I may not have booked this hotel had I known in advance.

It was not the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Will not recommend
Pros:

Close to everything

Cons:

There was toilet water and other stuff coming out from the bathroom. It was foul. We had to get the cleaners to come and pump it out and clean the bathtub. We couldn’t take a shower at night until they came to clean it in the morning.

Pros:

Hotel storico a cinquanta metri da Union Square, vicinissimo alla fermata della Bart. Camera e bagno abbastanza piccoli ma razionali e funzionali, personale molto gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera a me assegnata aveva cattivo odore, probabilmente dovuto alla moquette che si bagna inevitabilmente per l’acqua proveniente dal bagno, che è piccolo. La vista dalla finestra non era certo memorabile.

Great location, accommodating staff, great value! We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. When we checked out, we wanted to do some more sightseeing and the hotel offered to hold our bags and keep our car parked there unitl we returned. The room was clean and big with a nice seating area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The A/C got cold with I loved. We also loved sitting out on the balcony watching the crazy city life. There was a vanity to do my make up and hair which was nice. The location was close to many things and although they didnt offer breakfast, they do have a contract with a Cafe nearby to get a discount. We were able to take an Uber to Fisherman's Wharf and be there withing 15 mins and even the Uber driver was nice! We walked to dinner at some nearby Mexican restaurant and the walk was only 15 mins. Location was great!

Cons:

We didnt like that there wasnt a breakfast included but the discount at the cafe made up for that. Also, some of the outlets in the room didnt work. The light up mirror on the vanity didnt work.
