従業員さんの対応に感動！
Pros:

チェックイン時に部屋に上がるエレベーターを待っていた際に、ちょうど従業員さんの方々が降りられてきて、私と娘がエレベーターに乗り込むのを従業員さんおふたりに扉を押さえて待っていただいたことが感動しました。

Cons:

ルームサービスにしても、宿泊時にBlu-rayプレイヤーを借りたのですが、既に部屋の中に準備されていましたし、ベッドは広く気持ちよくぐっすり寝れたので、特にありません。

Pros:

ホテルを出るとすぐ駅でした。堺駅西口に直結しているので電車で移動するのにとても便利で良かったです。高速入口も近く車での移動にも便利です。徒歩圏内に飲食店、コンビニもあり困る事はありませんでした。また是非利用したいです。ユニバまで高速で20分位なのも良かったです☺️

prima lokatie en kamer op hoge etage gekregen.
Vroeg incheck was mogelijk

Cons:

ontbijt, alhoewel groots opgezet, toonde vrij weinig variatie, te weinig vers fruit en sommige producten waren regelmatig op (kan toeval zijn uiteraard)

- Very good location, just 1-2 Min walk from Sakai Station, good access with big luggage
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good breakfast with a variety of choices
- Big (especially compared to most hotel rooms in Japan) and clean room with bay view

Cons:

The facilities are clean but somehow old, it would be better if the lighting in the room can be improved and if there are more hangers in the toilet for our convenience

Tired hotel charging a little more than it is worth. Still very nice.
Pros:

The views are good because you are not boxed in by other skyscrapers. Grand and relaxing lobby with plenty of places to sit and wait for friends.

Cons:

The atrium is very attractive, but the rooms are tired looking and the carpets in the on the room levels are not looking great. Breakfast was good but probably not worth the price. The biggest help as a foreigner would be to have clear English translations for all of the appliances. This is a consistent experience around Japan. Most remotes/TVs/Aircons etc seem to favour writing as opposed to icons, so it is near impossible to work out what button, for example, to press for the aircon fan adjustment, or to change the input for the TV.
