アゴーラというブランドを信頼していたが、トラブル時のサポートが不足していた。
Cons:

ホテル地下駐車場の利用に関する対応について、改善を求めたい。

当該駐車場（Times管理）を利用した際、フロントにて駐車料金の支払いおよび無料券の発行を受けたが、出庫時に事前精算機での処理が必要であることを認識しておらず、精算を行わないまま出庫してしまった。出口にて精算可能と誤認したものであり、この点は利用者側の確認不足であることは認識している。

しかしながら、その後の対応は非常に残念であった。午前中にホテルへ連絡を試みたが電話がつながらず、正午頃にようやく連絡が取れた際、「地下駐車場はTimes管理のため、直接Timesへ連絡するように」との案内のみであり、具体的なサポートは得られなかった。

結果として、Timesの問い合わせ窓口を自力で探す必要があり、有人チャットから別の電話窓口、さらに別のチャットへと案内されるなど、非常に煩雑な手続きを経てようやく解決に至った。

確かに駐車場の管理主体がTimesであることは理解している。しかし、利用者にとってはホテルの付帯サービスの一部として認識されているのが実情である。そのため、少なくとも適切な問い合わせ先（具体的な窓口や手順）について案内するなどの配慮は必要ではないか。

駐車場の存在は、車で来訪する利用者にとって重要な選択要因の一つである。したがって、トラブル時の案内やサポートについても、利用者目線に立った対応が求められる。

今後、同様のケースにおいては、より丁寧かつ実務的な案内体制の整備を期待したい。

喫煙のお部屋だったのを、禁煙のお部屋に変更していただけた。
ベッドのマットの硬さが硬めで良かった。

Cons:

以前からきになっていたお部屋の椅子が張り替えられていて綺麗になっていたが、テーブルは相変わらずガタついていた。
