Your description online was terrible didn't even look like the same room because it wasn't it really sucked and you had a set of spot thank you very much

Make sure to read check in information. You need to check in on the other side of town. The people are very friendly but it is a bit of a drive. Our room smelled like a smoking room that hadn't been aired out all of the way. A bit on the dingy side. You DO NOT get water park passes, which was okay with us. The price is nice, but not sure the saving was worth it. The hot tub was awesome.

Hot tube didn’t work. Brocken faucet. No communication with maintenance, no maintenance available. Other than that great!

Nice apartment in beautiful place, but unit need some repair. Missing cook pot, freezer was leaking, hear drier was out of work.

The room was pleasant, the only thing it had a weird smell when we entered the room. One of the lights in the bathroom(the master one) kept popping up when you were trying to use the bathroom, you had to hold it for a couple seconds to keep the light on. Other than that, our family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Didn’t know you had to check in at another location that wasn’t on the property and when we arrived the room was disgusting. The tubs were dirty, the kitchen sink had fresh food in it and the refrigerator had old dried food stains and the beds had bodily fluids left from the previous guests. We washed all of our bedding ourselves and bleached down each bathroom and the kitchen. When customer service was contacted there was no apology or anything. This was a very expensive 8 day vacation and you would expect the room to be cleaned properly. All the housekeeper did was lie and say that it was cleaned and inspected. Very disappointed!

We stayed over the weekend and even though the property was nice and the room layout was decent, the rooms lack of cleanliness is what will make us not go back. It was like they threw the room together before we came. Beds weren't neatly made. We opened the mini fridge to put stuff away and yhe freezer portion looked as if it hadn't been defrosted in years. We pulled out the ice tray and it had mold in it. My son and my allergies were awful in the room and once we left they subsided. But we coughed and blew our nose the entire time in the room. The shower wasn't cleaned. It served our purpose for the weekend but I don't think we will be going back.
On a positive side, when we checked in on Friday June 28th, the girls in the office were awesome. And we received free passes to Noah's Ark.

Like the property but didn’t like it was privately owned took a few days just to get tissue and more towels Didn’t like that

Hornets nest , broken slider screen door to patio, coffee maker had old coffee grounds from previous hotel guests. Shower handle broken cut my hand! Shower head dirty lime stone gross! Very very disappointed!

Beautiful

The communication on where our condo was located was very confusing and it took over 15 minutes to locate at it. The staff on the phone was not helpful they just kept telling us the address which we had. Dishes were not clean so we had to wash them before we could use them. Also we were not told what amenities we were allowed to us at the Chula Vista resort. The room was good overall but we were unable to locate the ice machine or the garbage and there was no map or directions in the room. Received free tickets to Noah Ark which was a nice surprised.

Overall a great place to stay at, if you are planning on cooking in the kitchens. I would bring your own pots and pans and spices

I had a Bad Experience!!!!

The tvs all had no cabel for all 3 days of my stay.

The main living room fire place did not light up.

The fireplace in my bedroom master king made loud bang sounds when turned on.

The double queen bedroom had a missing lamp shade.
THE Light above the jacuzzi tub did not work!
The light in the jucuzzi tub did not work......
The hair dryer on the wall did not work .....
And i was told they would call me back and try to do something and yet never received a call....

The unit is what they call a 3rd party unit and it was a 2 bedroom 1 king 2 queens unit and sofa sleeper at chula vista resort .chula vista will not fix the unit because it is not theres and they tell you to contact the 3rd party you rented it from.. if you do rent a unit i strongly suggest going threw chula vista directly.

I very rarely write reviews But I wanted to make sure someone else does not waste there vacation money and time with this place as they do not care if anything works...

The space was great! The plug out bed sheet had a stain. The whirl pool had black stuff coming out I had to clean the Jets to it was disgusting! Some of the dishes was not clean all the way unfortunately

My new favorite condo! I’m taking this place over any other place in the dells! There is nothing like a 3 bedroom condo that sleep 16 with a jacuzzi

There was mice poop in the bed

I booked this room for March 9th and 10th. Expedia's site refreshed and set an incorrect date. Expedia subsequently refused my request to change the booking date, and in fact tried to advise me to cancel and re book a non-refundable room from a support rep who obviously wanted to be rid of me. Communication between Expedia and the hotel was non-existent in this matter. I was stuck holding the bag. Also, the ice machines on all 4 floors were full of black bread mold. I have pictures if you want them.

Waterpark is NOT included with the room. Passes are $50 per person. So you think you got a great deal and then get hit with a suprise that has the potential of ruining your trip.
