Comfortable elegance.
Pros:

Tha staff is incredible! So well trained and warm and welcoming.
Love the breakfast and the Leopard Bar!

We requested a non electric taxi and the concierge didn't accommodate us although we told him that electric cars give us headaches

I loved it and felt so at home
Pros:

The welcome and concierge were fabulous. The Leopard lounge is welcoming and elegant. I would definitely return here and feel like coming home. I think the concierge makes a huge difference to a stay where you feel they are taking care of the necessities

Cons:

The room size was a little small. Not much room to put your feet up and read a book or watch a programme

As always, an excellent hotel in every aspect.
Pros:

As always, the Montague exceeded expectations. The staff are warm and very welcoming and demonstrate sincere wish to make one's stay as perfect as possible. Special praise is due to Levente, Concierge, for whom nothing is too much trouble and he demonstrates excellence in all aspects.
Each room is individual and this is welcome when compared with so many hotels with bland rooms which are all identical. The location is ideal for travellers arriving via rail. We have visited this hotel may times and it is still our number one choice!

Excellent séjour de 1 nuit dans cet hôtel bien situé près du british muséum et des stations de métro Russel Square et Holborn
L extérieur est simple mais I intérieur nous fait voyager dans l époque victorienne
Grande Chambre bien décorée avec banquette et coin bureau avec un grand matelas ferme
Salle de bain moderne et nickel
Coffre fort, café, pâtisseries lors de l arrivée et wifi rapide
Petit déjeuner excellent et varié de continental a anglais dans une salle magnifique
Le personnel de la conciergerie est aux petits soin
