Excelente atención en los detalles y verdadero estilo inglés.
Pros:

primero estuve hospedado en una suite, luego en una habitación pequeña, por haber realizado separadamente las reservaciones. La suite, 109 un poco incómodo el tema de las gradas y no complementa bien el espacio entre habitación y sala. La habitación 306 me gustó mas que la suite, y llenó más mis expectativas, en la relación precio/calidad. Me encantaron todos los detalles y cortesías que ofrecen en las habitaciones, eso lo diferencia de otros hoteles similares en los que estuve hospedado en este mismo viaje, pues quise probar varios, para definir en futuras ocasiones, cuál elegir. La ubicación me resultó muy adecuada y en realidad me encantó. El servicio excelente y muy similar al que recibí en el Ashford Lodge, lo que identifica a la cadena Red Carnation.

Cons:

Hay unos pequeños detalles en la habitación, especialmente en la suite, que creo podrían mejorarse, como un poco de polvo en las esquinas de las alfombras, algunos muebles ocupan pequeños retoques, el ascensor es un poco lento.

נהנו מכל רגע במלון, פעם הבאה נישאר יותר מלילה אחד.

הצוות אדיב מאוד ואיכות השירות במלון גבוהה. המיקום קרוב לתחנת הרכבת ומאוד מרכזי.
החדרים נעימים ומרווחים.

Cons:

אין במקלחת שפורפרת, אלא רק ראש גשם.
המעלית מאוד איטית. צוחקים על זה וממשיכים הלאה.

Wonderful. Service was amazing !
Pros:

Preferred the terrace and was too far to collect items for breakfast

Although the room was termed a suite it was not on one level and did not like the facilities being downstairs

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! La literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui permet de très bien dormir. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec un accès facile aux principaux points d'intérêt. Le personnel est adorable, très attentionné, et toujours aux petits soins. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai avec plaisir en novembre !

Cons:

Le seul vrai point négatif est que la lumière du couloir reste allumée toute la nuit et passe sous la porte de la chambre. Pour les personnes sensibles à la lumière lorsqu'elles dorment, cela peut être gênant. Par ailleurs, l'hôtel ajoute par défaut 15 livres de pourboire par nuit, ce qui peut être surprenant et mettre certains voyageurs mal à l'aise. Heureusement, il est possible de les faire retirer sur simple demande si nos finances ne le permettent pas. Étant étudiante, j'ai expliqué ma situation et le personnel l'a supprimé sans difficulté.

Top English hotel for memorable moments
Pros:

This was my family’s third visit to the hotel, though never in full, we aim to return once again with the whole pack…
We fondly remembered the perfect service given at the front desk and at the dining room, as well as the proximity of the hotel to major attractions, yet in a quiet street overlooking the pleasant Bloomsbury neighbourhood.
Our memories served us well, and with the professional and adorable service given at the reception from Ms. Megan, the wonderful approach from the dining room team and especially Ms. Lorraine and Mr. Sergio, our one week vacation in London will be memorable once again.
Thank you for keeping class as a top priority!

Perfect
Pros:

I stayed here with my mum, who is 93 years old, she is a wheelchair user and is unable to see. We booked a ground floor accessible room which was perfect for her needs. The hotel is beautiful, and is a great place if you want to explore London. Bus number 14 leaves at the end of the street and goes through the heart of London
The staff could not have been kinder, I certainly never needed to ask for help, as soon as mum and I entered the lobby, hotel staff appeared and were only too pleased to help .The perfect place for anyone who has mobility issues and perfect if you don’t . The highlight is the very kind staff and the location.

Cons:

I was expecting more from the breakfast for the price and for the comments I read. It would be nice if they had pancakes/waffle included in the breakfast (you needed to pay an extra price for it). Also I was expecting more variety of pastries/cakes/pies.

Amazing party, super organised, friendly events team and staff!

I had the pleasure of working with India from the events team to organise our work Summer Party for 110 guests. India has been amazing in helping to organise the whole event for the past 3 months, with the help of Chanel and Melissa too! They were very accommodating and even put up a hook in The Beach Bar when we said we wanted piñatas! The party on the day was a huge success, all the staff and kitchen team were on point, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Big thanks also to Ev, the manager for always checking in with me and making sure everything was running smoothly, and for creating the best piña colada recipe ever!
