Pros:

I want to highlight the excellent service I received from front desk attendant Jean. She was incredibly kind and accommodating when I needed to change my booking. I initially made a mistake with my reservation for the next day, and although I called customer care, I was told I couldn't modify it. However, Jean was able to assist me directly at the front desk and successfully changed my booking. A big thank you to Jean for her helpfulness and professionalism.

Disappointed for the price we paid.
Pros:

Inside was okay, the lobby was lovely but the room was kind of rundown. I’d like to say, however, that Lina at the front desk was exceptional! She was so friendly, efficient and professional.

Cons:

There were a lot of unfinished things laying around, even though renovations are being done, it just was kind of shabby looking.

The bedroom was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. I like the fridge size too.
Pros:

Well centered in town, able to walk to our appointment

Cons:

The room was not very clean, the doors had fingerprints all over it, the kitchen pots was also dirty.
