Pros:

Really helpful reception staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean hot shower.

Meet our needs. Not outstanding. Location good for food outlets and shopping mall.

Staff were friendly. Amenities were good.

Cons:

Room was small. Curtains were dirty. There was a lot of noise from some sort of engine outside. No outside space.

I was happy when not in the room.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was placed in a room that the shower did not work properly and then was moved to a room directly by a construction zone in the hall way. The bathroom still had issues- i. e. the kick plate behind the tub tap was completely off the wall- clearly looked like nothing was recently repaired. The toilet was disgusting and the view faced the pool area.

Good service,clean rooms,
Pros:

Rooms were clean and in room coffee was good.

Cons:

Had to hold the handle down on our toilet till it was flushed completely, sink didn’t drain well due to the plug not being up high enough.

Impressed for a Sandman
Pros:

Super close to the mall and other shopping areas of Kelowna. The staff was helpful and friendly. I stayed on the Tower and was pretty impressed how good the room was. The view was really nice! I’d stay here again.

Cons:

The elevators were a bit slow in the Tower and one was out for a day. Due to some construction, there wasn’t a direct route from the Tower into the main building - you had to walk around the building. These were not a huge deal, just slight inconveniences.
