Staff were good , bathroom needs to be replaced.
Pros:

All staff we encountered were good ! Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and housekeeping staff also friendly and helpful.
Beds were comfortable . Bedroom furniture was in decent shape and functional. Refrigerator was nice to keep drinks and food cool. We didn't use the microwave. Having a kettle to make tea was nice . We didn't use the coffee maker .

Cons:

Bathroom was overdue for a refresher. Tiles around bathtub in tough shape, discolored grout, old stained tub , rusted fittings. Tiles on bathroom floor stained, pitted and cracked and grout around doors badly stained .Bathroom vanity badly chipped. Bathroom very dark with only 1 light above mirror. Bathroom fan was very loud . Strange that there were no electric receptacles in bathroom. There was an electric hair dryer but no where to plug it in . There were electric receptacles in the bedroom but there is no mirror so not helpful when trying to dry hair ,apply makeup or check your outfit . Airconditioner in bedroom was very loud .

disappointing after Sandman Calgary West, which was the only reason we chose Sandman again.
Pros:

We were booked into a tower suite. We had just come from a beautifully clean and updated room at Sandman Calgary West. This room was smelly, old and basically terrible.The kitchen was ill equipped, the bathroom had only 2 towels and shampoo/soad bottles were missing.

Cons:

The bathroom needs complete ammenities. The kitchen needs an actual 8oz glass. the only thing there is a 2 ounce cup for a child. the faucets were all loose, and the bathroom sink hardly drained.

Pros:

Kelowna was nice, hotel was a bit older, but overall good.

Cons:

Area seemed to have lot of homeless people, water was turned off for one of the days for maitenance
