Streng maar rechtaardig
Pros:

We vroegen om een bad deze keer en kregen het ook. Rustige kant qua mogelijke luchtinval Lightfestival. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam met kleine extra vraagjes. Printje maken reisticket en bijhouden bagage door iets later vertrek trein dan op kamer kunnen blijven.

Cons:

Geen ijskastje, zoals vorige keer wel het geval was, luidruchtig veel te vroeg geratel maandagochtend met karretje en op binnenplein dan iemand het nodig vond heel lang met een waterlans bezig, van voor 6u al, hallo?? Volk dat vlak voor de ingang staat te callen met gsm op de bel van het hotel. Moeten ze echt wegsturen. Ook rokers vlak voor de deuren aub. Aan beide kanten van het bed een schakelaar dat niets deed..of bedienden we dan de gang verlichting of die van kamer ernaast? Airco op badkamer en tv louter Duitse en enkele Engelse posten.. Badkamer producten wel raar. Bus voor shampoo ipv handen hing naast de lavabo maar bij testje aan bad waar ze allebei naast elkaar hingen..bleek gewoon zelfde product zeg je toch...wtf?

Rundum zu Empfehlen
Pros:

Nettes Empfangspetsonal. Frühstück war super und der Essraum schön ausgestatet. Das Zimmer hatte eine komfortable Größe und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage am Bahnhof war für mich perfekt gelegen. Rundum zum Empfehlen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet – alles Wichtige ist gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal war äußerst professionell – stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer bemüht. So macht Reisen Freude!

I can hear the next room and you cannot even laugh or talk someone will knock on the door and say, “Be quiet.
I paid 200€ for 3 nights and there is no water no water wormer or coffee machine.
There is no free coffee or water in the lobby.

Keine Smart TV oder ähnliches möglich. TV geht nur mit den normalen TV-Sendern. Badezimmer ist relativ eng gebaut.

Wer ein Hotel für zwei, drei Nächte in der Innenstadt sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
