Family stay for a wedding
Pros:

The room was so spacious with a living room feel in the entry and separate bedroom.. The breakfast was exceptional with friendly staff clearing tables and greeting people. Three elevators kept traffic going without too much delay.

Cons:

Pool was strong on the chlorine, but clean.

It was good overall
Pros:

Breakfast.

Cons:

It was extremely loud, couldn't sleep in at all due the excessive noise. Plates being moved, talking, sound travels a lot there. It would be nice to get to sleep past 7am but literally, it was so loud.
I know there were events that weekend so maybe this was a one off. Otherwise it was good.

Pillows suck- so flat
Also needs vent in bathrooms, some water damage on ceilings from not having ventilation, which doesn't bug me but might some other patrons.

Was lied to about hot tub working, coffee pot was broken, pool room was literally so freaking cold you couldn’t stand in there. Water ice cold, my kids lips turned blue in 5 minutes.
Door knob was broken to bathroom door upon arrival

It was good. I would stay again, especially if needing to stay close to the zoo

Cons:

Website advertised heater pool and hot tub, however the pool was definitely not heated. And there was not a hot tub on site. It was the main reason why we selected this location, but the overall facility is great.

Pros:

The lobby was nice

Cons:

The cleanliness was not where it needed to be for an Embassy hotel. Hotel staff allowed kids to run a muck all night. It was like they couldn’t accommodate the amount of guests and it showed.
