The cleanliness of the property and how niceness of every staffing member I met
There wasn’t anything to dislike about this property
Room was spacious and clean
Was lied to about hot tub working, coffee pot was broken, pool room was literally so freaking cold you couldn’t stand in there. Water ice cold, my kids lips turned blue in 5 minutes.
Door knob was broken to bathroom door upon arrival
The stuff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help
That I could not stay longer
The breakfast was great even though it was so packed they still did such a good job keeping everything up. The bar was great and the drinks were just right.
Very nice
Atmosphere great staff nice location
Room was nice, beds were comfortable
Website advertised heater pool and hot tub, however the pool was definitely not heated. And there was not a hot tub on site. It was the main reason why we selected this location, but the overall facility is great.
The lobby was nice
The cleanliness was not where it needed to be for an Embassy hotel. Hotel staff allowed kids to run a muck all night. It was like they couldn’t accommodate the amount of guests and it showed.
Beautiful
Front desk agents on night shift had the personality of a rock
They had security
They did not have a hot tub like shown on the website breakfast was no good
Beds were comfortable.
Pool was cold and no hot tub. Breakfast was great except for a lack of meat variety, gluten free options, and non-dairy milk.
Friendly staff!
Nothing
The bed was fabulous!!! No aches or pains upon awakening. Never woke up during the night. Sufficient bedding for all night comfort.
The check in clerk was difficult to the point of being combative. Parking was in short supply and the property charged $10/night to use their lot.
Room needed updating. We stayed on the 6th floor and had waits of several minutes for hot water to shower.
Unfortunately stayed during a volleyball tournament and kids were running free outside our door (really everywhere) up and down the balconies. Found elevator access difficult because kids were riding them up and down (we saw the same kids in the cars as elevators cycled up and then down). It was noisy inside our room.
The breakfast was disappointing. It wasn't up to the usual level Embassy Suites is known for. Staff lacked efficiency and friendliness. Serving trays were slow to be replaced, creating outages of certain items. Dishes were in short supply and it wasn't difficult to find dirty silverware. The second day they supplied plasticware. It took 20 minutes to get an omelette.
