The room was absolutely beautiful & the breakfast was outstanding. You can’t find a better free breakfast. I love the evening reception as well.
I would only have good things to say about this property, except for upon check-in. The employee never acknowledge our presence or greeted us. We just stood there for about five minutes and somebody was behind me as well and she finally asked for my name. When she spoke to us, she never even looked up. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but it really just puts a damper when that’s the first face you see. The rest of the employees we encountered were fine, nobody was overly friendly. OKC Embassy suites employees are so incredibly kind. They should train the staff here.
It was decent.
Broken tv in the bedroom. No restaurant available.
Location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast.
Staff is very good, very inviting and positive with every interaction. I liked the mobile application and virtual checkin and digital key entry.
No ice machine on floors 7 and 8.
All of the staff were absolutely wonderful, and were very quick to help us with anything we asked. It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to be as high as possible and the amazing front desk attendant helped us move our room so she could have her birthday wish. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE and the evening reception was fantastic too.
The pool was very dirty- a ton of hair and other things floating in the water, the bottom of the pool was slimy, the floors around were very dirty. The inside of our room took FOREVER to cool down. When we got into the room it was 76° and we tried to cool it down to 71° for bed and it struggled a lot.
I liked the all around good time vibe.
Older people in bad moods.
Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and great location.
The $10 a day fee to park at the hotel.
Children running rampant stomping on every floor. Even after hours.
Very clean . Had food and restaurant on the property and they accept dogs
Nothing
Me encanta
Todo súper bien
Breakfast was very good
Had to moved to another room because of bug problem in my room on the 8th floor .
I
We booked because in pictures it shows a hot tub. The hot tub has since been filled in. Our room ac didn’t work. When I told the front desk, she just took off what I paid for a parking pass, which is nothing compared to what I paid for the room. The breakfast was not prepared for the amount of people that were at the hotel. The food was empty. Lines were long and then we watched a manager and an employee argue and gripe about another employee. I’ve stayed at other embassy suites and never have I had an experience like this. Highly disappointed. Will not return.
