Very quiet nice clean; maintenance was outstanding and the front desk as well as the bar were outstanding. My husband and will be coming back for no other reason but just to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. Pool and all along with 2 family reunions. 9th floor 919 outstanding room

Great central location, ease of access by vehicle, great facilities, grandkids loved the top floor placement.
Value has been eroded. Expensive restaurant, breakfast was good until you consider the price is listed at over $18. One seemingly insignificant point that could be serious is the tub surface when wet was extremely slick and there was not a no slip mat or nonskid devices in use. I personally nearly missed a possibility serious fall.

Parking fee. Nothing changed from previous stay but now hotel is requiring a fee to park on site. No other alternative
The check-in was very easy, we very much enjoyed the manager’s reception the drinks were very well made and the buffet was delicious!
I have nothing to complain about my stay was superb.
Cleanliness of room
Couldn't find a working Ice machine on any of the floors... That's not good !!!!

The property was very well maintained. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and very comfortable with a modern environment.
Hotel was great, breakfast was good.
Computer was down for hours and we were unable to check in. Staff was rude and indifferent. There was supposed to be a person that would take us to our room and open the door for us but he was just standing around with 3 different groups waiting to be escorted. The hotel was beautiful, just kind of shocking to have staff behave like that.
Our favorite hotel in Tulsa, great room and better than usual breakfast.
The breakfast was really good the best breakfast I've had at an hotel. Loved the happy hour, and snacks. The rooms was quite loved that.
I didn't like how low the refrigerator was my husband complained everytime he had to get something out. We to old to be doing all that bending so low.
The lady's that did the breakfast were sweet and the breakfast was good.
The pool is under construction and we did not know I called and asked if the pool was open they said yes when we got there it was not the air conditioner in my room didn't work and one of the mirrors was extremely dirty

I didn’t like that I had to wait 4 hours after my check in cause the system was down
