Went to see history on rt 66 and sightsee around rt 66. Enjoyed very much

We booked because in pictures it shows a hot tub. The hot tub has since been filled in. Our room ac didn’t work. When I told the front desk, she just took off what I paid for a parking pass, which is nothing compared to what I paid for the room. The breakfast was not prepared for the amount of people that were at the hotel. The food was empty. Lines were long and then we watched a manager and an employee argue and gripe about another employee. I’ve stayed at other embassy suites and never have I had an experience like this. Highly disappointed. Will not return.

I dont think Ill return to this particular ES location.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. As expected. Good selection etc. Clean area.

Cons:

Tipping with cash is expected. I appreciate service and like tipping the hostess at breakfast and the Omelette Chef. I did need to break some larger bills and the front desk could not help me. This is a basic necessity. Please keep cash in small denominations at the front desk to allow guests to leave tips as expected.

Front desk staff not attentive. Multiple ladies were behind the desk talking and laughing while only one lady was assisting. I did not feel valued. I felt like an inconvenience.

Great service, comfortable, clean rooms and quiet!

The only issue was the phone in the room didn't work but the front office sent someone up right away and tried to fix it.

My room was on the top floor and there was an air contrition right above and I couldnt’ sleep. The hotel was sold out and they could move.

Nice but very disappointed
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

Online it showed a hot tub but there was not one on site.
The food from the restaurant on site was absolutely terrible. All the fried products were burnt and tasted like old oil. Also had to pay $10 for parking which is absurd.
