المكان مرا حلو وقريب مرا من عند الهايد بارك وفي سوبر ماركت قريب ومطاعم حلال مرا المكان مناسب وأمان ان شاءللله ارجع اكرررها مرا ثانيه

الغرف صغيره شويه والتكييف حار وغيرت الغرفه مرتين عشان المكيف بس الموظفين كأنو جدا متعاونين

Pros:

Иванна на респшене была очень любезна, всё хорошо объяснила.Завтрак был тоже хорош, женщина на входе даже предлагала принести мне кофе за столик чтоб я не стоял в очереди, я конечно же отказался, но это было мило с её стороны.

Cons:

WiFi был ужасным, к нему невозможно было подключиться долгое время, он всё время сам отключался и если появлялся то не грузился,в итоге я использовал свой мобильный интернет, жаль что в таком отеле как этот WiFi хуже чем в McDonald's.
Также стоят в номерах эти телевизоры, и у меня большие сомнения что их вообще кто-то включает, в 2026 году нет смарт тв тоже странно.

I would like to commend Saipranay and Akshansh for going above and beyond to assist us throughout the check-in and check-out process. Both gentlemen were exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous, and I would gladly rate their service 10/10.

I would also like to recognize Tammana 10/10 from the reservations team for her outstanding hospitality and assistance in securing suitable rooms for the senior members of our group. Her support made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is excellent, and our overall experience was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable.
