People make the difference
Pros:

I am a very regular guest at the property and have my experiences sometimes good sometimes bad but overall I love the property for its location and staff. Amazing staff right from front office to customer experience, restaurant staff. They just amaze with their hospitality. To name a few - Ali, Kim, Laura, Agnieska, Alfiya, Tiny, Renju and all others. Agnieska and Alfiya for morning breakfast, Renju in the evening all in their spirit to appease every guest. Special mention for Hanaa, tirelessly working in the morning. My gratitude and thank you to all who make a difference to my stay.
A small feedback - please revise dinner menu and add few more items.

Cons:

Accidentally dropped my key in the room before checking out. Before leaving the hotel I asked the staff members at reception had it been handed in, with which they responded it had been handed in but it was locked in safe by the cleaners, who had took the key for it home and would not be back until the next day. As I was leaving to go home this meant that I would have to find somewhere else to stay when I arrived home due to not having my key. I was not impressed by this at all. All staff in the hotel, particularly receptionist staff should have a key to access any lost property. Cleaners should not be locking things away without notifying staff in the hotel and leaving with keys so they cannot access it. Very unprofessional.

Pros:

Had a lovely experience at the restaurant today. The staff (sabina and renju )were so helpful. The food was nice and came quickly. Overall a really good experience thank you to the staff!

Great stay near Hyde Park and Kensington Palace
Pros:

Location is excellent for many London attractions and easy access to Heathrow. Room is very comfortable and clean. Special thanks to King David, Mori and Ali who all helped get me settled even though I arrived too early for checkin. Area is very walkable and many options for dining in the area

Great for short stay and located very convenient
Pros:

Room was small but clean and nicely furnished, windows could not be opened unfortunately. Gym is well equipped.
Breakfast was ok, but restaurant service was a bit behind on cleaning tables and refilling buffet during busy times.
Staff was very polite and helpful at all times - greetings to King, Kim and Mori!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — very central and within easy reach of everything. Our room was extremely comfortable and made us feel at home. The reception team was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gül and Mori for their warm welcome and genuine smiles — they truly made our experience even more special. We would definitely love to stay here again!
