Allowed our dog but price went from $106 when booked up to $170.92 with extra charges at check in.

Location was close to highway and restaurants

Clean rooms and allowed our dog. But charged a $50 fee that was not disclosed upfront and we received a mystery charge of $17.92 after checking out.

We booked a king bed and we were given two queens instead of. We were told one was not available, even though we arrived at 2:30 and the parking lot was empty.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Staff were all nice, particularly young man at front desk, Jacob.

Cons:

Normally we stay at Holiday Inn Express, not Holiday Inn. It was disappointing because it has rooms underground (like gym) which is not nice because of no windows. The hallway on the entrance floor (3rd floor) was slanted upwards like going uphill to get to your room. It was more expensive than other hotels yet had NO complimentary breakfast, which all others we've stayed at do. They put out complimentary coffee/tea/hot water in the morning which were in thermos type containers (not automatic machines like other hotels). Just kind of cheap. The foyer looked nice but other than that it looked old (ie. floors/carpets). The young man at the front desk was great & all staff nice, & cleanliness good. Just in general, the other aspects mentioned made it was disappointing, especially since you're paying more than other hotels. Wouldn't stay again.

We had a nice stay.
Pros:

I have stayed there before many times, my granddaughter likes the pool area. I like the room and closest to home.

Cons:

My account was charged the incorrect amount, and will not be credited back to my account for a couple more days.

This hotel is weird
Pros:

Can't say as I was not even able to check in

Cons:

I booked a hotel here on booking.com went in to check in and the front desk person was weird. He couldnt figure out how to check us in through booking.com. I asked him if I could just pay to book a room and he then ignored me. I ended up leaving and now the charge is still under dispute. Unable to resolve at location. I had to call booking.com to resolve the situation and it seems to still not be resolved. Just dont come here its a whole headache.
