Parfait pour notre étape de vacance.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la piscine, le confort général.
L’accessibilité du parking par l'ascenseur directement dans le hall de l'hôtel est un plus. Les chambres sont propres.
La piscine est parfaite.
La cuisine et le petit déjeuné sont bons.

Cons:

Les pigeons au petit déjeuné, les moustiques le soir et SURTOUT, un repas non servi dans sa globalité sous prétexte que la cuisine est fermée ! Le personnel n'a pas anticipé la prise de commande et n'a pas annoncé la fermeture de la cuisine pendant le repas. C'est une erreur professionnelle. Dommage !

Idéal en famille à 4, bien placé geographiquement et avec piscine!
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la piscine, le restaurant, le personnel souriant et compétent! La chambre spacieuse et les produits "kusmi tea" et "rituals" font plaisir!

Cons:

Nous avons eu chaud malgré la clim, wc abimés (placo cassé, wc penché...), le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas... dommage mais les points positifs compensent largement.

Dommage que la climatisation fonctionner très mal car tout le reste était super . Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Très bien situé près du centre ville , métro et bus , les chambres grandes , spacieuses et très propre , grande piscine , le restaurant très bon rapport qualité prix , produits frais . Mais le plus c’est la gentillesse de tout le personnel , toujours souriant et à l’écoute à l’accueil ainsi qu’au restaurant .

Climatisation inexistante dans la chambre on a dû demandé un ventilateur

Hôtel superbe au calme attenant au jardin japonais
Pros:

Hôtel super agréable et très bien situé attenant au jardin japonais avec la possibilité de le traverser pour rejoindre le métro ! Piscine super agréable jouxtant le parc, avec possibilité de prendre ses repas dehors côté jardin.
Les chambres et salles de bain sont confortables, et nous avons adoré le buffet petit dej: une merveille !!!!

Cons:

Le prix du stationnement dans le parking certes sécurisé mais coût un peu élèvé.
