Helt fantastiskt läge vid den japanska parken.

Cons:

Elen i rummet har mycket (!) kvar att önska. Ett eluttag saknade helt ström. Vi påtalade detta på måndagen, men fortfarande på fredagen var inget åtgärdat. Armaturen i miniköket fungerade inte heller. Även det påpekade vi på måndagen, men ingen åtgärd hade skett på fredagen när vi checkade ut. Det finns bara ett enda (1!) eluttag vid dubbelsängen. Tänd- och släck-knapparna är helt felaktigt konfigurerade. Har man släckt i hallen med strömbrytaren vid sängen, går det inte att tända i hallen. Det borde varit så kallade trappkontakter, men det var genomgående felkopplat.

Pros:

Hotel was nice, customer service was wonderful. Marion was very professional and efficient, offered a great check in service and informed us on things to do in the area etc. she made us feel very welcome and would definitely book the hotel again. She is the best

Pros:

Personnel très agréable, le nombre important de serviettes de toilette, chambre globalement propre et douche de la salle de bain correcte, climatisation dans la chambre très utile (canicule)

Saleté du parking en sous-sol (fuite au plafond), station de métro à proximité de l'hôtel fermée pendant notre séjour, environs peu rassurantes la nuit, boîte de mouchoirs de la salle de bain vide à notre arrivée, 2nd lit (d'appoint) inconfortable, lavabo de la salle de bain se vidant très mal (lentement), portes dans la chambre qui grincent, bruits de camion de livraison en bas de l'hôtel au petit matin
