Hello, I moved here from Nj and I came to booked a room, Eric and Gnita was wonderful staff and they helped me and made my day extra special. Overall very good experience. Eric helped my bride and I to an upgraded room with parking covered and covered breakfast. It was awesome.

Cons - valet carts were all taken. Was told there were only 4 carts. Luckily I had my own wagon.

The Managers on Duty. Michael Giron and Ms. Pinky went far beyond in extending EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY during my stay at their 5 Star Hotel. I was met with warmth greetings as soon as I pulled up to the hotel. Everyone had “sweet and pleasant vibes, like they REALLY ENJOYED THEIR JOBS!” I look forward to my next Staycation at The Doubletree Galleria Hotel-Houston TX! My room was so cozy and had all the amenities I needed and the bed so comfortable. And I had an Amazing Window View! I felt at HOME!

Eric at the front desk deserves a raise immediately 😂 From the moment I checked in he was beyond kind and welcoming. He gave me warm cookies, amazing restaurant recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. You can tell he genuinely enjoys taking care of guests because his energy was so positive and comforting after a long day of traveling.

Customer service like his is rare these days. Hilton is lucky to have him because he truly made my experience feel personal and memorable. Thank you again Eric for going above and beyond and making me feel so welcomed!

Michael and Eric was super patient and helpful they were outstanding and they have shown me the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Eric was phenomenal. Extremely accomodating and professional. Made me feel welcomed and even made a few suggestions. The valet servce was very smooth as well. Ill be back indefinitely.

The chef at this establishment is an amazing cook. The flavors were perfect and everything I had was cooked to perfection. I have tried almost all items on the menu and I recommend everything. Don’t miss out on a good meal and drink. Go to the bar order your meal and have a good drink from a professional bartender.

5 stars Have an exceptional staying! Mr Michael ,Maria was incredibly welcoming my family's and accommodating from the moment we checked in. My room is nice spacious, spotless,and the bed is comfortable I to check Hilton out you will not be disappointed my view to see the pool🤓
