Checked in on 2/20/25 and it was a nightmare. We got there 30 minutes prior to check in and was told we would have to pay $50 if we checked in 30 minutes early. At 3:00 check in time, I checked with the front desk clerk and she said check in time was 4. Everyone waited in line for a long time to check in. The rooms are outdated. The breakfast dining did not have enough wait staff to accomodate people. The Valet employee was excellent.

I checked in on a very busy Friday during Valentine’s weekend, and despite the crowd, the process was smooth and efficient. Courtney was friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and stress-free. She kept everything moving with a positive attitude, which made a great first impression. Excellent customer service!
Location was perfect atmosphere was a vibe! But as far as my room goes that's where the compliments stop! From the roach I seen crawling on my toothbrush in their bathroom to the extremely dirty shower mind u its valentines day an my anniversary so its pretty filled had I not came in decorated this room from top to bottom after check in I for sure would have checked out but I decorated left an then came back to roaches an seen all the dirt me an my husband were severely displeased this being a Hilton we expected so much more
I am writing to extend my sincere thanks to Sarah, Michael, Claude, and the entire team for facilitating my son’s 18th birthday celebration. The evening was truly memorable, and your efforts played a tremendous role in making it such a success.
The event room was beautifully prepared, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The food was delicious, and your staff members were warm, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout the evening. We especially appreciated the level of privacy and comfort afforded to our family and guests. Being able to host such an important family event without the stress and restrictions often associated with other venue options made all the difference. We booked the Executive lounge fr the party and a few of the guestrooms on the same floor. It seemed we had the entire top floor of the hotel to ourselves, and we were able to karaoke all night with no interruptions.
The only minor disappointment of the evening was that we were unable to take more of the leftover catered food with us. We received two carry-out boxes of chicken, but many of us were hoping to bring home some of the taquitos as well. That said, this small detail did not diminish what was otherwise a wonderful experience.
This celebration was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment for my son, and he has already said it is an event he will never forget. Thank you for helping bring my vision to life and for ensuring everything ran so smoothly. We look forward to returning to DoubleTree for future events.

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Courtney and Mr. Kyrus made me feel truly welcome and right at home. My sincerest thanks and congratulations to both of them.
The common areas felt extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. The room was also very cozy and inviting. As a small note, I would kindly suggest checking the lamp outlets, as only one out of three was working.
What truly deserves special applause are the incredible Crabtree & Evelyn amenities, I honestly wish I could have purchased them.
They are simply exquisite.
Our experience was great. Hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The best part of stay was the customer service. Every hotel employee we interacted with was so friendly and went out of their way to greet us and make sure our stay was a good one. Haven’t had this level of customer care in a while so definitely made this trip a really good one!
Worth mentioning that there is a self parking fee for guests so plan ahead there. Location of parking garage is very close and the hotel is next to lots of places to eat and walk around so that was nice too.
Huge shout out to Courtney at the front desk! She went above and beyond answering questions and fixing a booking error that I had made. She was friendly & kind - which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel and flight delays. Everyone at the front desk was cheerful and helpful. The room was lovely and of course the cookie was perfect.
