Awesome employee
Pros:

I love the experience ! Also thank you to Ayana . She was awesome ! Helped with my daughter prom experience ! I must say the way she treated us i will definitely be back again because of that. She was so nice !

Not Bad!
Pros:

My experience at this particular Double Tree was good. The customer service was Great. I thought that the parking was a bit pricey….. but everything is a bit pricey these days. I did pay a little more for the convenience of Valet.
I stayed on the 26th floor. The view was great, the room was clean but outdated.
Like I said, overall, my stay was good. I’d stay again!

There’s still good people around and Ayana is one of them, great experience.
Pros:

I had an amazing experience here and I usually don’t do reviews just not a review girl lol but I really had to give recognition to Ayana she helped me out for my daughters prom she was very nice and supportive.

Great experience for prom
Pros:

Good morning, felt compelled to write this review. Over the weekend, the young lady in valet was very kind,funny and helpful. My group was there for a prom and on such a stressful night,her energy and enthusiasm made our stay so enjoyable. Her name was Ayana, and I look forward to seeing her on our next visit! She gives top tier service.

Houston overnight stay
Pros:

During my stay, I encountered several issues. However, Courtney, the night supervisor, was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and compassionate throughout. She not only assisted me with professionalism and care but also demonstrated the same level of dedication to every guest she interacted with. Her outstanding hospitality and customer service significantly improved my overall experience.

Great start to the Houston introduction
Pros:

Check in was a breeze! Hospitality was 12/10! Micheal, the front desk manger is nothing short of spectacular at his job expediting the process and doing it with grace and class. Hotel is well situated, bar in the lobby (with the best bartender (Hsu), comfortable rooms and great location. Def recommend.

The location is great and I loved the ease I could get from place to place.
Pros:

Location was very convenient for me. It was easy to get to and from my events. This isn't my first time staying here.

Cons:

The room I had did not have an iron. I notified the front staff of this. I was told I would be given one. An iron was never provided for me. Overall, it's not a big deal, but I don't like being told something and it doesn't happen
