Staff very helpful
Roomwas clean and tidy
Perfect location for city centre!
Felt very safe at night as they had security on the door checking that all people going in had a room key.

Great hotel in a great location. Good facilities but rooms require better soundproofing.
Pros:

The location is excellent, the room has good facilities and the breakfast and dining room was excellent.

Cons:

The soundproofing between the rooms was not ideal. You could hear conversations of guests in adjacent rooms.

Excellent second stay would thoroughly recommend
Pros:

Second time staying at this hotel superb location with plenty of shops bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are lovely and clean and the breakfast is really good with a great hot and cold selection. It's also great that they have car parking available too at a good price.

Cons:

Wasn't anything I could say I didn't like.

Great location, right next to the tram and in the city centre

Cons:

Overbooked the room we reserved, so we got downgraded, and the room we got downgraded to was “recently refurbished” but had we couldn’t access wifi for the whole stay.
