Good location, nice room
It was quite dated
Great location, comfortable room, staff were friendly and efficent, location was perfect.
The location is great. Staff friendly and helpful.
The window in our room wasn't what I would call double-glazed. Also we had an issue with our key when checking out.
Brilliant location, friendly helpful staff, room was very clean and tidy.
The view & location
Staff quickly brought an extra towel as we requested, room was very clean and had everything else we needed.
There was a lack of plug sockets and it was not convenient
Staff were nice enough. Room was clean and alright size. Close to the station
Bed was hard as a rock, wifi on the 10th floor just didn’t work reliably on either of the networks they had.
Location was great and good value for money, great choice for breakfast and being able to park at the hotel was really useful
A személyzet fantasztikus volt és a reggeli is finom volt.
Minden más. Koszos szoba, elavult berendezések, törött zuhanyfej, koszos ablak.
Bugs behind bed and had to be moved to another room.
Cleanliness.
Polite staff
Lovely food
Well price bar
Room was beautiful
Nothing
Friendly staff, well located, nice quiet rooms despite the central location.
The hotel - from the lifts to the bedrooms and en suites could do with some serious TLC. The paintwork, finishing touches and different elements of the rooms are dated and in need of updating. We had two rooms booked and the glass shower screen completely fell off its (broken) hinges while someone was using the toilet next to it. Thankfully no one was hurt.
The hotel was great, good location and the staff were fabulous, especially a lady named Rachel on reception.
The beds were a little hard
Location and staff
Nothing
Me and my friend booked a twin room while visiting for a concert. Room size was great and plenty of space for bags/ getting ready. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, from the front desk/ reception staff, to door staff when we came back late, housekeeping and in the restaurant. Delicious breakfast with so much to choose from which is great for a picky eater.
The only small issue we had was that the shower kept leaking and the floor would get quite wet. This appeared to be through a small gap along the shower door that sat over the bath. The room was also quite cold when we got back and we struggled to work the heating/ aircon. This did not change our opinion on the hotel at all and the beds were cosy with warm duvets so we were snug enough.
