Sorry but will not be back again

Paid for a suite but only told on arrival it was not available, however i did receive two emails asking me to upgrade my experience before I arrived but nothing about a room change. We were then given a recently refurbished room and offered free parking and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Breakfast items are obviously cooked well in advance and left on hot plates as the black pudding could have been used as a frisbee and when I asked for a poached egg the poor but very lovely waitress was told to come out and say it is normally fried eggs they serve (pre cooked0 although the menu offers poached eggs. When it did come with my breakfast I think it must have been from a Quail as it was barely visible. We wre there for a private function that finished at 9.45 and when we went to the bar the kitchen was closed and there was not even room service available

Not a pleasant place to stay
Pros:

Will not be staying here again. Internet terrible. One chair only in a room for 2 people. Nonresponsive AI when we attempted to reach the desk. Bedside phone present but not working.
