Cons:

Pieza ridícula de chica. Y tenía mucha humedad. Cuando corri cama había mugre. Reclame, me cambiaron de habitación. Mismo problema de humedad. Me resfrie a causa de humedad en habitacion.
Personal no habla nada de ingles básico, para comunicar problemas.

good location, expensive for what you get
Pros:

really good location, close to main streets in Osaka
Bathroom was quite big
Bed very comfortable
Breakfast was substantial, all self serve buffet but mainly Japanese style food - if you’re looking for a western burger and food options this not the place (only had yoghurt, some bread/croissants and cornflakes)

Cons:

we booked this as one of our more expensive hotels for the last nights of our trip and didn’t find any point of difference from hotels a third of the price which was quite disappointing.
basically no amenities other than a toothbrush, despite having a kettle in the room no tea or coffee was provided when I asked evening staff downstairs I was practically laughed at for such a ridiculous question (this is the first hotel we stayed at in 3 weeks that didn’t have any amenities at all within the room or the front desk)
Similarly the pillows in the room were horrendous and the second pillow was more what you would find on a couch, some hotels we have stayed at have offered different types of pillows - they did not have anything else.

良いよ。
Pros:

朝食が思ってたより良かった。この後どこかで食べる予定ならば１食1800円は高いかも。
スタッフの対応が良いです。
日本語以外の言語でも対応可能。
道頓堀にとても近い。徒歩圏内。コンビニ目の前。早目の予約で駐車場も使える。

Cons:

洗面所の施設（パネル）が壊れていた。
ベッドの下が汚なすぎる。
カードキーが１枚しかない。
