L’hotel est bien situé et relativement proche de la station de métro.

Cons:

Je crois que c’est normal quand on loue dans un endroit près d’un secteur très animé, que les clients soient plutôt festifs. Nos voisins de palier, des retraités dynamiques, étaient totalement indifférents au bruit. Ils hurlaient sans cesse pendant qu’ils se préparaient pour une soirée en ville. Ils laissaient les portes ouvertes et circulaient d’une pièce à l’autre. Je devais intervenir en leur faisant comprendre, malgré la barrière de la langue, que c’était tard et qu’on voulait dormir. En outre, l’équipement de notre chambre présentait des défauts : le taux d’humidité était excessif et l’unité de climatisation ne parvenait pas à l’éliminer adéquatement. De plus, un interrupteur situé à l’entrée de la chambre, sur lequel nous devons insérer notre carte d’accès, coupe l’alimentation de l’unité murale dès que nous quittons la pièce, ce qui aggrave le problème d’humidité dans l’air. Une quantité anormale de condensation s’est formée sur la vitre de la fenêtre qui donne sur l’extérieur et a coulé sur mon équipement électronique. Quelques jours avant d’écrire cette évaluation, j’en ai fait part au personnel très professionnel. Ce dernier m’a présenté des excuses, mais n’a pas voulu offrir de compensation pour mon clavier d’iPad qui est devenu inutilisable. Bref, je ne suis pas satisfait de notre séjour et je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Pros:

Pokój był duży, z dwoma oknami - wystarczający dla czterech osób. Lokalizacja hotelu - była bardzo dobra.

Cons:

W łazience była pleśń na ścianach, suficie i przy armaturze. W kątach pokoju był długo nieczyszczony kurz. Ekspres do kawy w sali śniadaniowej był brudny. Pokój był źle wygłuszony, wyraźnie słychać było rozmowy z korytarza.
