Had cockroaches bad daughter sat down a sandwich and went to bathroom came back and it was swarming with roaches as I was dealing with my irate daughter i see a bed bug crawling on my bed i squised it in a rag and killed a roach and put it in rag 2 and we left immediately and went to front desk i gave the man the rag oped it and showed him the bugs and politely asked for refund he took rag a threw it in trash and tells me I can give u your deposit back but the manager is only 1 that can give refund I asked him to contact the manager nicely and he refused and said he would tell the manager and insisted I call back in morning so I went and found outher logging for the weekend I called back in morning and the manager acted like she knew nothing about the situation and informed me that she couldn't give me a refund that it was corporate that did that and she would email them but thay wouldn't be in office until mon so guss im calling them back tomorrow

They didn’t have no breakfast area AT ALL only a coffee machine

Cons:

Paid online to have my room reserved for me and my family just to get there and basically to get told it’s first come first serve gave me a room with no tv glad I brought my own got a room with ROACHES a room that didn’t even have a key card to be used had to constantly go to the front desk to have them open my door which is weird they offer to give me a room with a tv but it wouldn’t have a remote the staff workers NEED TO BE IMPROVED I will not be booking with them nor coming back to stay at that hotel very unprofessional the photos DO NOT MATCH the HOTEL IN PERSON AT ALLLLLLLL

Cons:

We were told upon arrival, that our room was not available, but that they were willing to give us another room at a higher rate. Let like it was a bait & switch scheme. Would not suggest staying there.

Cons:

I showed up about midnight to get my room that I reserved only to be told that it was not available. I had ordered a two bed room. They told me all they had was a one bedroom well I’m traveling with my friend and I’m not sleeping in the same bed as him plus they tried to charge me about 30% more than what I was told online he told me my card has not been charged yet. Don’t worry about it only to wake up in the morning and my car get charged for the hotel that I did not stay in then I had to drive all the way across town to find another room this place is terrible and horrible bunch of tweakers and you never want to stay there.
