Stayed before and like the place but a bit pricey this stay!
Pros:

Breakfast fits the bill whether it’s a small or large one.
Great location for Nottingham (there’s a bus stop very near) and rooms have good air on.

Cons:

Bathroom was clean but some nooks and crannies could be cleaner!

We needed to visit a very poorly friend so it was convenient. A place to sleep.
Pros:

The geographical location and convenience in relation to main roads.
The breakfast offered was excellent value. The staff most pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The room albeit very basic was clean and acceptable. Still quite expensive though.

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Wonderful accommodation. Icy cold aircon which was bliss in this heatwave (adjustable of course). Extremely comfy beds. Very highly recommended

Cons:

Only issue was my hands aren't strong enough to squeeze the toiletries dispensers. Luckily someone had left a bottle of Carex Handwash

Great location but very unhelpful manager
Pros:

The convenience for the proximity of the event we attended

Cons:

We forgot to tick age of child on booking so were given a travel cot for a 14 year old!
The manager would not help us basically & we should put her on the floor for 2 nights as he apparently didn’t have any spare fold up beds & we booked through a third party
Fortunately someone in another room gave us a bed as family rooms have a double & 2 single beds which we had to drag to our room
The manager showed no empathy to our situation the only help offered was to move to a different room for 1 night and then back to the travel cot really rubbish customer service

Pros:

Good location for my trip, quiet room.
Good air con

Cons:

No iron/board in the room, instructions to return to reception if required.
TV reception is poor.
Would prefer a walk in shower rather than a step in over bath shower.

Pros:

Great location, plenty of parking and warm and friendly staff

Cons:

Key card lighting in room meaning if one person leaves they can't take card to get back in. It wasn't worth raising for just one night and they might very well offer another card if you ask
