LOCATION TO BURBON STREET WAS GREAT!

Cons:

FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE ROOM DURING MARDI GRAS, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING. MOST YATT'S OFFER BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED BY THIS ONE. WE FOUND OUT THERE WAS NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. THE STAFF WAS VERY STANDOFFISH. THE AMOUNT FOR INCIDENTALS WAS $480 FOR 6 DAYS. WE'VE BEEN HOME FOR 6 BUSINESS DAYS AND STILL MONEY WASN'T CREDITED TO CARD AND NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM.

It worked for us
Pros:

The rooms were well above average. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Cons:

The floor bowed and made noises when walking throughout the room. Couch had stains on them.

Great location with great staff
Pros:

Great location right in the middle of French Quarter. Super friendly and helpful staff. I would have given it a higher rating but the breakfast included in our package seemed to confuse the lady in the coffee shop. But we didn't come for the breakfast. Room was lovely, hotel and failities were great and very clean.

For, the price we paid wasn't worth the stay.
Pros:

Other than the location, which was ok. I would not go back to this hotel, sorry.

Cons:

For the price we paid, they could have had a free breakfast, not $13 for 2 cups of coffee. Equipment didn't work had to tell the desk.

Good enough.
Pros:

Good location. Very central.

Cons:

Staff were a little surly, except for Niraj at the bar. Also the property ( it occupies most of a block) needs more than 3 lifts - our room was a pain to get to!

I had a question about billing. I called 2 times and left a message but nobody called back. I called a third time and talked with the operator who was unable to answer my questions. She assured me a person from accounting would contact me. I’m still waiting

I'd come back and recommend others to stay here
Pros:

the location was perfect so was the room, even had a walk in closet to hide my luggage in. We were allowed guests to our room while it was Mardi Grass as long as they checked in at the front desk. Our friends were very upset that they couldn't do this at their hotel so we spent the majority of our time at the centric.

Cons:

Wish I had an widow to the outside not to a hallway where strangers could see in my roof. Or at least maybe one way glass so you could open the curtains.

Pros:

Jabari provided exceptional services. The location was great for Mardi Gras.

Cons:

The only complaint we had were dirty sheets and bathrooms upon arrival but other than that we were satisfied with our stay.

Wonderful accommodations, the room was large, and staff was welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

We booked this not really knowing what to expect, just hoping that the location and accommodations would work out for us. We were very happy with everything your hotel had to offer. We were pleased for the opportunity to dine at the restaurant on the morning of our departure. The menu was full of options. We chose the pancake breakfast, which was delicious.

Cons:

There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like.
