Exceptional accommodations and staff!
Pros:

The staff was very responsive in communicating from right after booking, and continued throughout our stay. The place was very clean, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed, and if we requested anything they were quick to deliver. We were treated like royalty. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful, delicious and served to us by the friendly staff in their beautifully decorated restaurant. We had horrible rain for most of our time there, and it would have ruined our trip, however staying at this place made us feel comfortable and safe. We lost the power a few times, but only for 2 seconds as immediately a generator turned on. They have everything well planned & organized. They even had a lift, which is uncommon in the area! This was a true hidden gem, which we highly recommend.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, Zimmergröße

Cons:

Klimaanlage extrem laut, Unterkunft sehr hellhörig, teils Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, durch Nähe zum Fluss hinterm Haus viele Mücken

Personnel au petit soin, très compréhensif et attentif ! L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Negombo (sites touristiques accessibles en tuktuk). Les chambres sont superbes. Merci pour le séjour ! 🤩😊

以性價比來說，這間飯店已經是相當不錯的了！
空間很大，冷氣以及風扇的搭配讓炎熱的天氣也可以很涼爽～
房間還有一個陽台，可以讓抽菸的人抽菸，還不錯！
櫃檯服務人員非常親切，也有提供寄存行李的服務！

Cons:

如果可以，洗髮精以及沐浴乳可以標示清楚一些。
如果可以，可以提房間用拖鞋會更好～因為地板是磁磚地板。
樓下的早餐選擇較少，咖啡裡也有渣，奶油抹醬有點在出水，如果可以改善會更好的！

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und besser konnte der Start in den Urlaub nicht sein.
Pros:

Wir konnte auf Nachfrage auch schon früher einchecken. Unser Flug kam sehr früh auf Sri Lanka an und somit wollten wir schnell ins Bett. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer schnell bereitgestellt.

Alles war super😊
