Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam
- Koelkast in de slaapkamer
- Goedwerkende airco

- Water aanwezig in de kamerthermostaat
- Kamer was super warm toen we aankwamen
- Water stond ook niet in de ijskast en was dus ook warm
- Ijskast stond niet aan waardoor we nog moesten wachten op een koude ijskast

The stuff was very helpful and they even prepared breakfast for take away as we left in the middle of the night for our flight back home. The box included fresh delicious fruits which we really appreciated!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps. Sie vermitteln tolle Fahrer weiter zb für eine Stadttour oder für das nächste Fahrtziel. Ist etwas weg von den ganzen Touristenhotels. Man ist mehr im Geschehen.
Frühstücksauswahl könnte etwas besser sein. Der Kanal neben dem Hotel ist bei weitem nicht so schön wie er dargestellt wird. Ist mehr eine stinkende dreckige Brühe. Natürlich für uns europäische Verhältnisse. Aber bitte nicht so schön auf den Bildern darstellen.

Close to the airport, staff was very friendly.
Room was nice and clean.
Wifi was good. They have a good restaurant if you don’t want to go out to find somewhere to eat.
Asked about them helping me organising an airport transfer, never got an answer.
Breakfast was so-so. Since there was only two of us there, they didn’t prepare the breakfast, they just brought everything to the table, most of it without asking. Which if you have any intolerances, like me (which I have told them about when booking), it’s not great, felt very wasteful. They did let us order an omlette from the menu though which was nice.

1. The hotel seems near to the airport (10KM), but actually it needs 20 mins drive from the airport.
2. Bed sheet not very clean.
3. The room is quite small and not very clean.
4. Breakfast is very simple
