Breakfast was fresh. Took a while to cool the room. TV didn’t seem to work

Clean room. Staff friendly. Parking convenient. Shopping easily accessible.

It was a very nice stay. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The staff win the kitchen/breakfast area was especially nice and very helpful. We went down to leave around 10, the time that the breakfast is over on the weekend. Well, my grandkids spotted the items as they were being put up. The kitchen employee saw that the kids were wanting to eat and left the items out so that they could eat. Turned the waffle maker and juice dispenser back on so that they could eat/drink. He cared about rather or not the kids were able to eat even thou it was passed the closing time and made him get behind on his schedule. He desires extra praise because of the caring that he showed. We really, really appreciate what he did. If there is anything available, such as a bonus, he truly deserves one.

They accuse me of smoking in the room but there was ashes in the room when I got in the room when we left that got cameras in the hallway watching me go outside to smoke cigarettes

There was a giant cockroach in the room. The room wasn't "fresh".

The staff was very polite. Great location! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel itself is on the older side and could use a good makeover. Also could use more hooks/towel bars in the bathroom. The pool was closed or out of order...seen this on many other reviews too.
Overall the stay was nice and quiet though.

Wish it was more sound proof during sleep

Awful Hotel.
Reserved a king bed but hotel put me in a double queen. We were tired from driving most of the day. Breakfast is a joke. Eggs were old and dried out. Trash bin was overflowing and when I pointed it out to the worker, he went and got a broom and used it to push down the trash. Not a very good experience. Stay away!

Great service

The tv didn’t work. Bed was ok.

Bathroom was dirty. Tub was filthy as well as shower curtain. Bed was fine and a/c was cold. Tv worked well. All in all for a budget motel it was just fine. But they need to work on the people that clean. They can do better

Desk staff: Night staff seemed lost and when asked for Choice item, told they were out of everything
Morning Staff was okay
Dining Gentleman was GREAT in cleaning and talking with everyone
Food: typical breakfast of cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, breads, etc
A/C: aIr condition was great
Cleanliness: trash on cabinet and refrigerator was full of takeout containers and drinks plus other unopened items.
Bed: comfortable and clean
Safety: I felt a bit uncomfortable since CPS was staying in at least 2 rooms, leaving their doors wide opened day and night
Elevator: SMALL
Parking: plenty
Pool: closed

Everything was great except the coffee for breakfast was basically vending machine coffee. I'm not a picky coffee person but this coffee was unsually lame. The staff was great -- nice folks!
