Υπεροχη διαμονή! Χαμογελαστοί και ευγενικοί ανθρώποι που σε εξυπηρετούν!!θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!Η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχείου φανταστική! Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και καθαρο( μας έκαναν και δωρεάν αναβάθμιση δωματίου.)μπορούσες να κανείς καφέ ή τσάι στο δωματιο αλλά γενικα το ξενοδοχείο είχε όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζεται κάποιος στο lobby του. Μπράβο σε όλους όσους εργάζονται πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλικοί! Ιδιαιτερα ο James στη reception που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν όλες τις φορές που μιλήσαμε πολύ φιλικός, ευγενικός και ευδιάθετος. Ευχαριστούμε James!!! Μας ενημέρωσε για όλα και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το τελευταίο βραδυ γνωρίσαμε και τον Κώστα ένα παιδί από την Ελλάδα που εργάζεται εκει. Ολοι τους φανταστικοί και χαμογελαστοί. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει και εστιατόριο δυστυχως δεν προλάβαμε να το επισκεφτούμε! Την επόμενη φορα!
Ωστόσο τιμήσαμε το ειδικό βαν που παρείχε καφέ. Πολύ καλός.
Το πρωινό είχε πολλές επιλογές! Μας άρεσε πολύ που μπορούσαμε να φτιάξουμε την δίκη μας ομελέτα! Η Κυρια που μας την έφτιαξε πολύ εξυπηρετική και χαμογελαστή! Πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό! Pancakes, βάφλες, porridge, granola με φρούτα, και πολλά ακόμη!

Cons:

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με όλα.
Ίσως μια μικρή βελτίωση στο καφέ που παρέχετε στο πρωινό. Η ποιότητα δεν ήταν και η καλύτερη.
Είχε όμως πολλές επιλογές για τσάι.!

Good vibe, good area to be in but the housekeeping staff need to up their game.
Pros:

NIce pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Large open reception area was great. ...........................................................................

Cons:

I booked a twin bedded room and received a double bed. This was very inconvenient as we arriave late and did not want the hassle of moving bur we did eventually.
The room we were moved to had only one towel and a mat. ...very disappointing! They're in the business of providng hotel accomodation, towels are a basic needs (would a car dealership supply a car without the wheels!)

A very good choice
Pros:

Location and organization are excellent. Room equipment complete and functional. Breakfast good and generous.
I appreciated the Green Policy fo saving energy giving you vouchers if you skip room cleaning. Personnel is very kind and in the bar they serve very good cakes.

Cons:

Bar is sometimes crowded. Background music is nice but sometimes too loud.

Incredible hotel in a prime location in London
Pros:

Location, great bed and room size, shower, breakfast was exceptional too. Great value for money. Cleanliness was a plus too. It has also been a long time since I stay in a hotel where I don’t need earplugs to sleep.

Cons:

This is me being extremely picky and not really a negative, but the shower temperature control is super sensitive: passed from super cold to super hot very suddenly.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and quiet at night. Many storage areas in the room. Next door to tube station and Hyde park. Nice restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive so we did not book it.

Lovely hotel and brilliant staff
Pros:

The staff are amazing shaom on reception and Alessia in the green room. Also to the nice Romanian security who helped when my daughter trapped her finger in the door. Brilliant people.

Would recommend
Pros:

Great location for metro & bus, lots of nearby shops & restaurants. Very quiet rooms and felt secure. Mini fridge plus free waters. Nice black out curtains and USB charging bedside.

Cons:

Bed was slightly hard. Shower door makes a mess. Why not shower curtains? Room was slightly small. Breakfast doesn't change.
