Beliggenheden er super god med metro lige om hjørnet. God morgenmad. Personalet er hjælpsomme og flinke.

Ok but probably wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Great central location, easy access to public transport (tube, bus, train). There is a bar and two restaurants onsite (although we did not eat at the restaurants), also easy access to other shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and it was nice to have an opening window.

Cons:

The lobby had an awful smell which hit you as soon as you walked in, not sure what they use to clean it but it was horrible, don’t know how the staff deal with it all day. We also had ongoing issues with the toilet in our room, requiring ongoing maintenance, following which our shower stopped draining. When assistance was required there was no answer via phone on multiple occasions, we had to use a web chat to contact staff.

Lovely
Pros:

Lovely beds so comfortable would have like a bit more in the mini bar.
Loved the executive lounge but would have like a bit more food choices.
Loved the hot Hors-d’oeuvres
All yours staff are so friendly and helpful.
Would like to give a big shout out to your doorman that day he was so funny

Cons:

Only think that was a little bad was the sewage smell in the lobby

God bed and comfortable - to talk with friemds we had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else..
Pros:

The bed was great. More chairs in the bedroom would be a good thing.

Cons:

Too much intrusion generally in public places, not conducive to meeting old friends and having a cosy chat. Nowhere to do this!

Pros:

L'emplacement est très pratique, avec un arrêt de metro juste en face et un grand choix de bus et de restaurants à proximité.
La grandeur de la chambre est correcte pour Londres.

Cons:

Pour commencer les odeurs: ça sent vraiment mauvais dans le hall, et notre chambre puait la cigarette à notre arrivée. Ensuite le ménage laissait à désirer, soit il n'était pas fait malgré la pancarte à la porte, soit il manquait une serviette, du savon, l'eau, ou du papier de toilette. C'était très irrégulier et alléatoire. La salle de bain est digne d'un 2 étoiles, porte sale, porte-savon peu pratique, porte papier WC rouillé et peu ragoutant. Le petit déjeuner ne faisait pas envie, le hall n'est pas agréable et on se perd dans les couloirs pour trouver sa chambre. Par contre, le personnel vient volontiers apporter ce qu'il manque en chambre mais pour 400,- par nuit j'attends mieux.
