Pros:

È l'ex hard rock hotel e la cosa bizzarra è che ha ancora tutto l'arredo dell'hard rock!
Proprio di fronte al Marble arch e quindi ad Hyde Park, con la fermata della Central nello stesso edificio!

Cons:

L'unico appunto è per i carrelli dei bagagli messi proprio davanti alle sculture dell'hard rock, ma è mai possibile?
Forse includendo anche la colazione il bilancio prezzo) qualità sarebbe stato perfetto

Güzel konforlu bir konaklama oldu.
Pros:

Her odada ütü var, odalar temiz, çalışanlar ilgili, odada kapsül kahve de vardı, oda sıcaklıkları iyiydi, lobisi çok canlı, güzel ve yeni bir otel.

Cons:

Konumu caddedinin sonunda olması nedeniyle biraz zorluyor, yakınında central line metro var, hyde parkın yanında olması konumunu biraz güzel hale getiriyor, onun haricinde olumsuz bir yan göremedim.

GREAT HOTEL AT A FANTASTIC LOCATION
Pros:

Star Suite was a good size for two adults and a teenager. The room was clean and comfortable, and provided an amazing view of Marble Arch. Location is fantastic and around the corner from Marble Arch Underground. Close and amazing places to get a snack or eat in the area. You are down the street from great shopping to include Selfridges and Marks and Spencer. Three employees stand out for amazing service. Desmond at the VIP Front Desk Reception is one hard working and accommodating representative of the hotel. He welcomed us at check-in, and when I had a question or request he went above and beyond. Navi and Pracalika at the VIP Lounge were friendly and always asking what they could do for you. The lounge was maintained clean and stocked well. These three employees are outstanding representatives of the Cumberland Hotel London.

Cons:

It was difficult having the mini-bar stocked with water and sodas. On the first day I requested the service the mini-bar stocker gave me the feeling he wanted to give me the minimal product. I asked for two additional waters, two cokes, and two diet cokes. He let me know he would have to take the alcohol from the mini-bar and I told him we didn't need alcohol. I noticed there were chips on the cart and asked if we could have some. He reluctantly gave me two bags and I asked for another as there were three people in the room. No chips provided after that. The next time I requested sodas Desmond at the VIP Desk had to get them as nobody responded. Housekeeping kept leaving two bath towels instead of three for a room with three people. With that said, Housekeeping cleaned the room promptly and very well.

Park View King Room had a fantastic view (see photo)
Pros:

Reception - Hajara was a good listener and pleasant to my wife and I.
Location.
Park View King Room did have a lovely view.
Breakfast - omelette chef.
Lift system worked well for us and there are 6 lifts.

Cons:

Paid extra for an upgrade to a Park View King room overlooking Hyde Park. Great outlook.
This room is supposed to have complimentary drinks and snacks. There was only water in fridge.
I contacted reception and someone came quickly and put 4 drinks but only one snack. Should be 2 snacks as they know there were 2 adults.
Needed some cotton buds - "no vanity kit". Informed reception and got a sewing kit that I did not need.
Large bed was good, but sagged on one side.
More positives than negatives.
